The new guy was clearly struggling with the order he was preparing for someone and the girl working was just giggling in the corner with the manager while I waited.
I had to tell her she should help her coworker cause srsly… that’s so rude? At least tell him what goes on the sandwich instead of staring at him.
the quality has gone down as well.

Absolutely HORRIBLE worker answers the phone when I call to let them know my delivery (which I placed order through subway) was missing chips and Gatorade. The woman then says it’s MY responsibility to get the items… yet it’s a delivery arranged through subway…?! Completely rude horrible customer service, I’m 7 1/2 months pregnant and not wanting to deal with idiots! Will never go back if I could put ZERO STARS I would.

I don't expect much when I'm going into a fast food joint like this, but one thing I don't expect is to get a serious case of food poisoning. Unfortunately, that is what I got when I went there on Monday afternoon (May 26th). I stopped in to pick up something for dinner after playing golf. I believe the issue was with the foot long chips thing I got. I ate that when I got home and had have of the outlaw sandwich I got. By 2am the next morning, I started throwing up. This lasted until 7 pm that night. Then the diarrhea started, and that lasted a couple of days. I dropped almost 20lbs in under a week. It's been a week now, and I'm finally just about back to myself.

Please please, please check your order and bag before driving off. Have tried them twice 6 months apart and both times order is wrong Although employees are nice there is definitely a lack of training.. This was definitely NOT a cheesy garlic cheesesteak 😒

Terrible service, then they added a tip to my charge. When I asked the guy at the register, he said there was nothing he could do and I should pay attention to the screen. Just make sure you look at what they charge. He said it's the screen if you don't press skip, but my friend paid after me and didn't press anything, and she wasn't charged a tip.

don't go through the drive thru, you can order the way you want it , but they will give you something completely different! ordered the philly and the came be a bun with no meat only condiments that i didn't even order. there is always alot of workers just talking and goofing around. paid $16 for absolut garbage!

Been going to this Subway for the last and normally I wait on doing any reviews so I can give an honest opinion in regard to it. Last couple of visits have not been bad. Food was how I ordered it and it didn’t take long to get my sandwich. Each visit I saw about 3-4 employees working. Today, 08/22/24, was different. It took about 10-15 minutes to get my sandwich. There were no cars and I saw 4 workers. It was 1 sandwich and then to get it like this. After reading other reviews I see that other people have had issues. Maybe higher ups have to consider a new manager for the store.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru for my order, only to get home and have items missing in my sandwich. Called to speak to a manager, woman on the phone was kind of rude and didn't want to help. I've given this location so many chances, and they've always stiffed us on the meat, giving us very little in our sandwiches. Won't be coming back.

Went to subway trenton rd 5 pm 24 February. Wife wanted broccoli soup, I was going to get a sandwich. No customers in the store, all tables dirty. I asked if the table could get cleaned before ordering because I didn't want to get my food and then wait for the table to be cleaned. The young lady, chubby, short wearing glasses gave me the dirtiest look I have ever seen. I decided not to get the sandwich and ask for the soup to go. She turned around, looked in the soup container and pulled it out empty. She said the soup was out. We walked out. She had to have sold the last soup, yet didn't know it as empty. Won't go back, EVER.
