Waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru for my order, only to get home and have items missing in my sandwich. Called to speak to a manager, woman on the phone was kind of rude and didn't want to help. I've given this location so many chances, and they've always stiffed us on the meat, giving us very little in our sandwiches. Won't be coming back.

Went to subway trenton rd 5 pm 24 February. Wife wanted broccoli soup, I was going to get a sandwich. No customers in the store, all tables dirty. I asked if the table could get cleaned before ordering because I didn't want to get my food and then wait for the table to be cleaned. The young lady, chubby, short wearing glasses gave me the dirtiest look I have ever seen. I decided not to get the sandwich and ask for the soup to go. She turned around, looked in the soup container and pulled it out empty. She said the soup was out. We walked out. She had to have sold the last soup, yet didn't know it as empty. Won't go back, EVER.

the staff alway leave something out and when you ask the manager to give you the item, he acts as though he is doing you a favor and is upset! all staff and manager are very rude! you are supposed to help your customers not be rude because they want the items they paid for! they are very hateful! the food was horrible!

I don’t really like the customer service at this location but this is the closest Subway to my house so I kept going there. Today I went at 9:40pm to pick up a few sandwiches to go since I know it’s late and they close at 10pm but the door was locked. The employees were inside and after ignoring me for a few minutes one of them finally made the sign they were closed. If you don’t like your job, quit!

I don't understand how hard it is to follow directions for ONLINE orders. The items you want in your sandwich is on the receipt.This is the second time I had to drive all the way back to this location to remake my item. It's crazy to me and I get no refund or anything. I had to drive all the way back here. Workers need training. It's unacceptable

This is the second time we have gone here and had the same experience. They weren't excited about their jobs at all. The bread was crunchy and burnt. They were out of almost all the bread and the meats. They acted as if they didnt know what they were doing and had to look up at the menu to make the sandwich. I will not be going there again. By the way they were are all 3 teen males. I dont want anybody else to experience what I did at this subway. I was tempted to go back into the store and teach them how to make bread the correct way. If you dont have meat out or in the back, order some in?‍♀️

Horrible service, big guy and small guy had me standing there ignored me. On top of burning my bread. Very sloppy. No tip for them so sad. They couldn’t even offer to tell me they would be right with me. But white person walks in and they attended her right away. Need better leadership and management here. Didn’t even get lettuce on my sandwich it looked 2 days old laying out. Worst place ever.
