service is excellent even when they are busy. the bill was average for the menu. i can see why they have so many good reviews.

We went into the store and we could hear workers in the back but nobody came to help us after 15 minutes because they were too busy washing or something. We made enough noise for someone to know we were there. Very disappointing. Making sandwiches at home for now on I guess. I would avoid subway in the valley specifically because every one I've been to down here has had some sort of incident or issue that has made me feel unwelcome. Other places nearby in the same shopping center were packed full of people. Subway had nobody except workers too busy to care about customers foolish enough to wander in there.

Usually I buy a steak and bacon sandwich but I got tired of it, so i ordered a southwest chipotle steak and cheese wrap and it is the.best.thing.ever, not kidding....but what made my experience even better was that there was a kind worker named Stephanie, I didn't really know much about the wraps but she explained it to me and helped me a lot, overall,a good experience!!

Great service and food was great too. When I walked in the girl greeted me happily and the overall service was great. The only thing is that for some reason it was hot inside the building but other than that service was great.

Best subway I have ever been in. Gerold was so kind and upbeat. He made me smile after a long hard day, made my sandwich better then anyone ever has. Put the oils on the bread, toasted the olives and pickles on the meat because he said cooking them together will make the favor better. He was right! Told me it was only 10 cents more right now to get a bigger drink, and told me the oatmeal cookies were fresh out of the oven if I wanted one. I highly recommend coming in the evening when he is working.
