Went around 9:25 PM and the door was locked. The employee was sitting down eating with a lady. He saw that I attempted to open the door and since it was locked I walked away. CHANGE THE HOURS IF YOU ALL CLOSE EARLIER.

When I walked in I saw a lady struggling to find money to pay her bill, the lady decided to not get anything and apologized, the employee Emily was kind enough to pay for the meal and give it to the lady. I love to see kind genstures!

Do not eat here unless you like bad customer service. I was charged incorrectly. I also had coupon, but they could not get register to accept coupon. This is a bad place to come and eat. Never again.

Wow, thought it was just us that had an issue with this place, but as you can see from all of their reviews, this place is trash. Worst customer service ever, you would think that the manager would have some common sense, but he needs a class on business 101. Stay the heck away from this place! Yuck!

I ordered the #15 Titan Turkey with avocado, spinach and honey mustard, and it was delicious! Unfortunately, the churro was hard as a brick and the footlong pretzel was burnt. Both were completely unedible. When I attempted to call the store several times around 3 pm, nobody would answer. Money wasted on poor quality and poor service. As I'm currently immobile from reconstructive knee surgery, I'm not able to go there in person.
Hmm; young blonde miss had a small attitude; maybe cause I was going to use a coupon, idk? She didn’t use paper underneath to prepare my sandwich, instead just prepared it on the bare table. Even her co-worker confusingly saying“no paper?” And she kindly grabbed a paper. Her response when I confronted her; “it doesn’t matter because it’s fresh.” Like girl… you think this is my first time at a subway? She offered to re-make it, but I just took it that way because I don’t even like telling people how to do their job, they should know. I should have though, since I’m pregnant and that stuff makes me want to throw up.

Wanted to buy a dozen chocolate cookies, they only had 3 and refused to make more. I’m paying for them and willing to wait for them but the kid refused to make them.
