Very bad customer service from the young lady at night shift. I sat down at 9:15ish to have my 6” sub and she asked me to leave because “lobby closes at 9pm”. No where on their door hours sign does it say it closes at 9pm. It says online that dine in and take out are from 9am -10pm. She also used the same clear gloves she was cleaning with to make me my sandwich. Very unprofessional and rude. She may fool management but no customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND

You cannot close your bathrooms if you’re still open. I hope the girl has a better night. I had an appetite before she kicked us out of the dining room 25 minutes before 10 PM.

Forgot to heat up the chicken when I ordered fresh but come on I don't want cold chicken and forgot my peppers I had requested when I tried calling cause It was a pickup order they ignored the two times I called worker there seemed like he just wanted to get out of there how he acted and is preparing the food
Went 6/8 @ 8pm Food was delicious! Service was not very good at all. I’m not sure if the girl working was having a bad day but she didn’t say hello or anything at all. She was very unwelcoming. We said thank you and she just walked away. Otherwise place was clean but no tea made so that was a bummer. Still enjoyed the food!

Went around 9:25 PM and the door was locked. The employee was sitting down eating with a lady. He saw that I attempted to open the door and since it was locked I walked away. CHANGE THE HOURS IF YOU ALL CLOSE EARLIER.

When I walked in I saw a lady struggling to find money to pay her bill, the lady decided to not get anything and apologized, the employee Emily was kind enough to pay for the meal and give it to the lady. I love to see kind genstures!
