Shoutout to Vicky at Subway! I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to after the experience I had today! Vicky absolutely SLAYED her role behind the counter — she was fast, friendly, and so positive it turned my whole day around. 👏
She remembered my regular order (which is no small feat!) and still took time to ask how my day was going. The sandwich? Perfect. The service? Even better. It’s rare to see someone put so much care into every detail — from toasting the bread just right to stacking the veggies like an artist. 🎨🥖
Subway, give this woman a raise, a crown, and a standing ovation. 👑🙌 Vicky, you’re the reason I keep coming back!
Went today for lunch special BMT combo worst experience in my life asked for my sandwich to be made a certain way and to put some meat on the side the lady refused. She was rude about it and said no because that wasnt the meal of the day i told her i was still gonna take it but on the side again she refused to make it for me. Plus when i changed my mind on some sauce that i wanted on my sandwich they wanted to charge me .38c i know its not alot but still i didnt think they were gonna charge me for it since they did ask what i wanted on it at the time. That person was rude also. So dont go there

Sorry service at this location. Can't comprehend how you are going to put a soup at the top of the bag and sideways. My sandwich was soggy and lost half of the soup, not only that but the soup they served the bottom of the pot where noodles are all in pieces and mush.

I want to preface by stating that yes, i do speak spanish. However this instance i walked in with my brother, both speaking English, gentleman who served us spoke to us in English, everything was being done in English. Suddenly here comes Ruby, she starts by asking in English what the second sandwich would be, in English i ask for the number 18. At this point Ruby here drops any English towards us and proceeds to complete the interaction only in Spanish, I respond in English, she continues in Spanish, this girl- as to not insult here- turns to the gentleman next to her, who by the way keeps our interaction in English, and she speaks to him in English, she turns back to me and goes back to Spanish. Even on checkout she kept her interaction solely in Spanish disregarding every English response i gave her. Before walking out I was on the verge of calling her out in public but my brother urged me otherwise, hence why the extensive review. Again, yes i speak both languages, and yes, Spanish is my primary language, but depending on the situation I sometimes find one language easier to manage than the other, and if the customer is clearly favoring one language, and visibly getting more and more annoyed, then why the insistance on being racist?

Do not go! I ordered using their app and it said would be ready in 15-20 min. I got there and only 1 person working. She was trying her best but honestly it comes down to management or ownership. Need at least 2 people working. I used app and still had to stand in line about 25 minutes as she had no chance to make mine since she was helping live customers the entire time. Stay away from this location! The app is pointless!! You use it and still have to stand and wait. Waited for 20-30 minutes as only person there had to help 2 customers in front of me but the lady in front took forever! Ownership doesn’t care about customer service!!!

Amazing customer service sadly the Internet was out so the cashier was only able to take cash. She tried contacting the supervisor and management but no answer she still managed not to freak out and maintain a smile. Excellent job done by Ruby.
I just came to order a subway at 9:24 and the lady locked the door in front of me. I went to the door and she told me is closed. At 9:24. I really wanted a subway. The door and google says until 10pm and it’s barely 9:24 and the lady locked it. She was also talking/acting lovely with another boy. A lady with glasses and curly hair and a tattooed guy without uniform. They weren’t working. I’m really disappointed. This is a really Bad service.
