I found this pastry shop on instagram looking for someone to do my sister’s dessert table at her quinceanera. After meeting with Grace & taste testing her samples, we decided to hire her. Fast forward to THE MORNING OF THE EVENT, she canceled saying she had some type of emergency which I’m not denying because things happen. However, I’m sure a dessert table of that magnitude requires much preparation and not a single thing was made or done? Or was there no one else that would have been able to assist in completing any of the pieces that should have been started? The order included over a hundred pieces of desserts. Even though this was some time ago, it’s still very disappointing to think about because it ruined the entire event and it’s a day we will never get back. Lastly, there was no effort to compensate for the extremely last minute cancelation other than her refunding my mom her deposit. Personally, the whole situation is still super upsetting.

Grace did an amazing job for both my bridal shower & wedding day. The set up was absolutely beautiful! And the customer service is excellent! Plus all the desserts are delicious!
