I love the salad bar because you can choose everything you want!! and the fajitas are so good! We got the parrillada for 3 persons. The salsas are good, and the jalapeños were really spicy!

Food was great but the service was bad, no one was tentative to me while I was waiting for my order to be picked up and go overall service was bad only if you had maybe a combo meals I would have probably eat them

Houston Taco Palenque was awesome! Great food, but for being almost empty, they took so long to serve the food. And at this location, you get a vibrating disc to let you know when to go pick up your food, unlike the Macallen location you have a seat with a number and they take your food to the table. The 4 stars for service is for the time it took for them to prepare the order.

1 star is to much!! What a horrible restaurant it's dirty, extremely hot in there and food is disgusting!! Just spoiled food horrible tortillas the best food in there was the chips and beans! Never coming back if you plan to go to palanque go to another of the locations because this one is horrendous!Soooo I posted this review on July 7 2023 and they told me to email them and I did and as of now all I got was an email from them saying "sus comentarios por favor." From some email under Felipe Lopez Juarez.An I did tell them my comment and after that no email back no call back nothing the customer service is as horrible as the restaurant ! I even sent them the photo of the receipt.

Everybody loves Taco P. Went here after a movie since it was the only thing open after 10pm. Food was fresh, like still sizzling fresh. We finished up right before a big rush. The Only issue with this location is the parking situation. It's horrible.

Taco palenque lives up to its motto of families servicing families. Took a taco pirate home to mom and she may not have said anything but it's what she didn't say that impressed me. For a si.ple explanation mom enjoyed her taco, that says a lot about restaurant food especially in my culture.
Charged for Impossible Burrito, then announced that it was not available. Would not return money for a less expensive choice, giving nonsensical excuses as to why the price was the same. Didn't think $1.10 + tax was enough to make a big fuzz about it, yet it was annoying.

Manager was professional and courteous on a missing item. Remember if u order at window it's on a separate ticket than from drive thru speaker order.. so ask 4it b4 u leave. Helpful hint.

I went to this south location in south 10 McAllen at 4::55am today 04/13/23 and it took 20 minutes to get my breakfast tacos with uncooked and dry potatoes. Staff was not ready at all when I got to window to pay. They were counting money multiple times taking very long. Kitchen didn’t seem to be ready at all. I expressed to them in a Spanish I had to to take someone to the hospital to have a surgery and they didn’t really care. When I finally said just give whatever you have ready. They gave uncooked and dry potatoes that obviously I wasn’t not going to eat. Computer system staff member said was down, big area of improvement for Technology Dept.. Also, staff members were mostly young men, I didn’t see a matured adult male or female supervisor to have been on duty. If this location is open 24 hours then kitchen staff should start extremely early to have everything ready for early breakfast time. Unpleasant experience! Do not come this early to order breakfast tacos or order online or thru phone 30 minutes early! Terrible service!Parking: Possibly share and open the polloPalenque parking to be connected to Taco Palenque thru the front or middle because parking is always very limited and inconvenient!

I had the taquitos. LOVED THEM. The pickled onions were a great addition. And the $8 margaritas. Only needed one. Also as a heads up its not the cheap sugary margarita mix. They were made well?
