I went by this morning and ordered a breakfast plate. They put too much egg and not enough of the breakfast ingredient, the egg overpowered it. The tortillas were not properly cooked. I could still stretch the masa in las tortillas de harina!! Very undercooked and very thin, which normally means they are trying to skimp on ingredients to make the tortillas or you have someone who truly doesn’t know how to properly make and/or cook tortillas de harina. It seems the accepted norm to make tortillas that way at most restaurants. I ate them but should have sent them back. The problem becomes with tortillas that thin and crudas, if you ask them to cook them properly, they become like tortilla chips. I tried to eat the other tortilla but it was so thin and translucent and the masa was still raw in most of the tortilla. The wait staff is excellent though and so is the physical setting. I will not be returning here any longer, it was not a good experience and very disappointing.

My friend and I like to go to different places each morning for breakfast. We've tried Tacos Kissi several times and liked the food and service, the only downside is the music is playing so loud you can't have a comfortable conversation without feeling like you're in a dance salon. Every time we go in to this restaurant we have to ask them to turn the music down so we can talk.

These people literally charged me for an order that I had told them to cancel. I ordered some tacos here on 12/23 and I go in and pay Abraham or Anthony I don't remember his name and he tells me my order will be right out. Then a waitress named Corina tells me they have ran out of tortillas (what Mexican restaurant runs out of tortillas first of all?) So I just winded up canceling the order and they tell me that they couldn't cancel it the same day but it will be canceled in a few days and take about 1-2 weeks to show up back in the card. I waited and nothing, so I called and I talked to a man named Isaac who told me I needed to go and show the receipt and they would credit me back. I live out of town and I couldn't just go back so my mom went ahead which he said was fine and they tell her they can't do it that they need the physical statement to see what was charged, when my mom had a picture of the receipt and the statement but nothing. Now I am having to go through my credit card company to dispute this charge because some idiot told me that my order was ready and it wasn't and they basically ran out of the one food item that makes a whole basic Mexican restaurant and I just wanted a simple cancelation.

Bad service. 10 minutes just to bring the menus. They never brought the tortilla chips with the sauces. 45 minutes for food to come out and cold and extremely greasy. The fish was oil with fish. The matamoros tacos are all cold. Shrimp tacos bathed in butter.Before the kissi was good
