Very bad customer service. Stood at the drive thru for several minutes nobody took mynorder ever. Drove to the window and they only had one person ahead. I was not even able to make the order due to the time. It is unbelievable that it is peak hrs/lunch time and they only have one person taking orders and making thos orders as well

My daughter got me hooked to this place. Our favorite drink is the taro we always ask for extra tapioca the bobas because sometimes they add not enough and I love it with a lot. The ciabata sandwiches are the best especially the Italian one it is so delicious and with the Chipotle sauce on the side to dip it is the best highly recommend getting an extra sauce. Definitely won't disappoint

Terrible customer service. I ordered a “Chai” tea through the drive thru and confirmed my order with the young lady multiple times. Then, when I arrived at the window , the lady took my payment , and came back with a “Thai” tea. When I politely told her it’s not what I ordered she said there was nothing they could do, and there was no refunds. I then asked if she could please call her manager because I was being forced to take a drink that I did not order, or leaving without my refund, and the manager proceeded to tell me that the order was final and I could not get anything else made because the owners keep tab of the powder, cups, milk, etc. All I wanted was for my drink to be remade to the correct one, or a refund .after 40 minutes of talking to the manager on the phone, they finally proceeded to make me another drink, but ended up giving me the same cup that she had originally written “Thai” on it, they just rinsed it and made a new drink. ? I never had a problem before until tonight .

# 13 combo was DELICIOUS! I went through the drive thru. Their mango dressing was amazing! And the chipotle dip for the croissant was ?? 10/10 recommend.
Awful ciabatta cold chicken , even the cheese was not melted at all and ugly pice of chicken, given to me w/o napkins or anything will not go back !

I ordered 2 romeo cesar salads and 2 tapioca todas but when I was gonna buy with my $100 Bill because I did not have a smaller dollar bills they did not take it so I got mad and left. But anyways I'm never going back there again
