The drinks are always good but the employees always look miserable. Their corn cups are also good but they're rarely stocked up on corn to make them.

Worst experience ever, I was with my little sisters and cashier had a attitude problem just staring at them when we got to paying she looked at my 4 year old sister in disgust and said "I'm sorry, do you have a problem". Never coming here again boba is bland and just chunks of ice either way, and they never have the things that are on the menu.

Not sure about what happened with the name change, I got a milk tea and it was pretty good, great operating hours, open way past the other local boba places, clean interior.
Fast service however the boba itself was very bland and flavorless… the worst tapioca I’ve ever had and way overpriced. The drink was good but the tapioca is just a no for me.

Went today, and arrived at 9:18pm. The employee closed and locked the door as we were getting off the car right in front of the entrance. Felt super disappointed, I'm a regular customer and had not had an experience like this before. Will not be returning to this location again.

But this location I've always had trouble with from getting my drinks wrong, to the quality, and then today drove all the way there, just to have a worker close and lock the door as we were getting off the car right in front of the entrance. They close at 10pm or so their door sign says as well as Google but when the door was locked it was barely 9:18pm. Will definitely stop coming to this location.

They never have smalls anymore and the machine that seals the drink never works anymore. The guy put my 4 beverages in a carrier but didn’t secure it. 2 of my drinks fell and he pretty much blamed me and charged me again. I would not recommend this place who treats a regular like that.
