Tapioca Roots Palms Crossing

I stopped by while charging my Tesla nearby, hoping to relax and enjoy a light snack. I ordered the crêpes with fruit, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start.

When I arrived, the attendant did not greet me, make eye contact, or acknowledge me, despite the place being slow. While waiting for my food, I could hear staff behind the counter arguing, including one person saying they were going to deduct tips from wages because cleaning wasn’t being done properly. It was uncomfortable to be in the middle of that conversation, especially since I was the only customer in the building.

I had also ordered a water, but it was never brought to me until I asked for it. The overall service felt rude and inattentive. On top of that, I noticed the person making my crêpe was texting on their phone, not wearing gloves, and touching my food directly, which felt unsanitary.

Unfortunately, this visit did not meet my expectations, and I left feeling disappointed.

So grossed out never going there again I saw a male employee working on a drink, after he finished blending the drink he uncovered it and proceeded to sticking his whole face in the blender to smell it. After that he pored the contents in a cup and sealed it and placed it on the counter. 🤮 Today march 1, 2025 at around 3:10pm

I would bring my family here again.

Been here once and ordered a drink with tapioca, great flavor and texture. Clean areas and comfortable atmosphere. Food is also fresh and delicious. Will be returning whenever I pass by this place.

A place I highly recommend!

If you like to have a good time and have a good lunch and you also like tapioca, you will like it. It is a very nice and delicious place. A very good variety of drinks and food.
On the part of the service, impeccable service, very good vibes, the service of Ms. Olga and Ms. Juana were excellent.

We tried this place for the first time after we had passed by it several times. The place was empty when we arrived. The cashier greeted us nicely and explained the menu. We ordered 3 boba drinks and one crepe. The drinks were good, one of the drinks was water-based and not very good bit still okay. The crepe was delicious

Boba was good they have so many seats and are comfortable as well! Taro and milk tea are always good and the crepes too

For atmosphere I wanted to give 0 stars but it’s not possible. They have too many cockroaches. The other time I got one when I was eating the crepe. There is a door that says employees only and 2 or 3 cockroaches came out from there.

Do not even go waste your time or money really bad service really bad policy they gave my order wrong and they were arguing with me that they was a correct order I'm like it was in my first time being there I have the lady that can go and remake it and they wanted to charge me again

We had placed an order for a single Milk tea boba drink and waited 30 minutes!! Meanwhile the people before us and the 7+ people after us all got their drinks in a timely manner. They put the order in but never made it and we sat waiting for 30 mins wondering when tf they were gonna call us. And when we went to tell them they’re like oh you placed an order? And the guy who took it was smiling laughing like it was a joke but what’s funny about waiting half an hour for a single drink? They need better cashiers or management, do not come to this tapioca roots there are so many other that have better service and won’t make you wait half an hour. 1 ⭐️

Bad service / “policy”… my girlfriend and I went in to get two drinks but she doesn’t like the tapioca bubbles so I asked them to put hers in mine and they said they couldn’t do that but and still charged me the same price even without the tapioca. If the tapioca is already paid for in the drink why can’t I just put it in the other drink… drinks weren’t even great
