Do not even go waste your time or money really bad service really bad policy they gave my order wrong and they were arguing with me that they was a correct order I'm like it was in my first time being there I have the lady that can go and remake it and they wanted to charge me again

We had placed an order for a single Milk tea boba drink and waited 30 minutes!! Meanwhile the people before us and the 7+ people after us all got their drinks in a timely manner. They put the order in but never made it and we sat waiting for 30 mins wondering when tf they were gonna call us. And when we went to tell them they’re like oh you placed an order? And the guy who took it was smiling laughing like it was a joke but what’s funny about waiting half an hour for a single drink? They need better cashiers or management, do not come to this tapioca roots there are so many other that have better service and won’t make you wait half an hour. 1 ⭐️

Bad service / “policy”… my girlfriend and I went in to get two drinks but she doesn’t like the tapioca bubbles so I asked them to put hers in mine and they said they couldn’t do that but and still charged me the same price even without the tapioca. If the tapioca is already paid for in the drink why can’t I just put it in the other drink… drinks weren’t even great

Awful. Literally horrible. I have always consumed Tapioca Roots since they started and I have visited all the locations. I always tend to work on projects in coffee shops and today I chose here at Palms. Previously I came to the location and a lady had given me the password for the WI-FI. Today I came to study and my internet didn't work and I asked a girl named Maritza for the password and she responded with “we don't have internet” what???? Since when??? Literally everyone in Palms has internet and here it was so fatal and in bad taste. The girl in front, instead of showing “customer service,” was super curt with that. Nothing against the place but I won't return. Without lying, I have consumed too much at Tapioca Roots and the customer service at Palms is fatal! No professionalism and zero customer service care.

This place is ridiculously expensive. First time trying it. Ordered a medium (16oz) decaf coffee and a 32oz Oreo milkshake ice cream or whatever they call it. The total came out to $17!!! The coffee was so plain and flavorless it tasted like cardboard. The milkshake, nothing to die for. First and last time I try this place. I do not recommend.

Expensive (as California resident!). No milk teas available -- only terrible tasting boba slushees. Boba had a hard texture. Would not recommend. The drinks taste like soda syrup. The shop was extremely hot with no discernible A/C running during this 100F weather. Get your boba elsewhere!
