They are SUPER understaffed and the people who are working do not seem to care how long customers wait. It took 40 minutes to get two boba drinks. The boba is also unflavored.

Worst experience ever, I was with my little sisters and cashier had a attitude problem just staring at them when we got to paying she looked at my 4 year old sister in disgust and said "I'm sorry, do you have a problem". Never coming here again boba is bland and just chunks of ice either way, and they never have the things that are on the menu.

My bf & I asked for coffee boba, & strawberry lychee boba. While the drinks were delicious, the tapioca itself was tasteless, with a bitter aftertaste. I'm not sure if that makes sense. Almost as if it wasn't being prepared correctly. The menu items are overpriced, the 2 employees stood to attention immediately as we walked in (which was quite uncomfortable for us), & there was a man smoking sitting in his truck bed in front of the glass window panes. All in all, we probably won't be returning when there's an Exotic Berry across the street.

I got the Banana Nutella Milk flavored drink, pretty dope. Super sweet, exactly what I wanted! Their menu is pretty expansive so I need to go back and check out their other stuff.Service seems fine, it's generally not too busy but it can be weirdly loud at times.

Always has good music playing. They're kinda slow when it comes to the teas but quick with the crepes. They're very kind and it's a fun place to be with friends. Little on the pricey side though.

The Taro milk tea I had was good, but I gotta give it 2 stars b/c the boba in the tea has no flavor. Most boba shops soak there boba in brown sugar syrup for a nice sweet taste, but not here the cashier told me himself. You can't be a good Boba Tea shop and have flavorless Boba in my opinion so for that reason 2 stars
