Always always whenever I go to the drivetruh they forget to give me either the soda, the tortillas or they give me the wrong order, one time it will happen is fine, but this is of all the times I have gone, terrible, I have been buying from them for 2 years but I won't come back. I also call to claim what I am missing and they pretend to cut off the call.

6/28/24 Very expensive for the amt of food. $11 for 3 small corn bistek tacos, small baked potato, small cup of beans, & drink. And that's the daily special. I asked for some more bacon bits & shredded cheese since there was only a sprinkle of each. She replied it's an extra charge. I said nevermind... Music was too loud.

We decided on ordering the family pack which listed on their page is 25.99 for everything included. We placed a phone order and it was ready within 10 minutes which was awesome! Once we arrived the place looked empty almost as if it wasn’t even open. We went to the drive through and signed for the order - immediately we noticed the discrepancy between the price listed and the price charged (we swore we heard 27$ and not 56$ *in Spanish*) since the food was already made we decided to take the meal and hope it was worth the price. Mayra was very hospitable and seemed to be the only employee between the phone and the front/drive thru. As far as the food goes at most the bistec tacos were the main attraction, and I did enjoy the horchata, everything else was mainly average; potato’s were cheesy but missing salt, beans were hot but lacked flavor, and as far as the “fountain drinks” being canned cokes it comes off a little tacky especially for $60. It’s very much giving El zarape even then I believe their family pack is the exact same but even cheaper. Maybe ideal for a family in a of something quick and basic.

This place has really gone down , the management doesn't care about their customers. Food quality is a total joke they were even missing salt which is an essential in any restaurant. Just save yourself the disappointment.

$17.00 for a 1 person botana, all I got was a few pieces of meat and few pieces of chicken nothing but tostadas with cheese no sides. Never had an issue with this place but today completely disappointed and management unwilling to help with order.
