Ordered a meal for a family of 5 at 6:40 pm. Pick up time 7:12 pm. Arrive to restaurant at 7:25 just in case, only to find out my entire order hadn’t been made due to a small glitch with my online order. No phone call. No attempt to make the rest of my order, just didn’t make my entire order due to this. Manager in charge blames me for not ordering online properly. What a joke. Even on my worst day, I take the blame for issues clients bring to me. HORRIBLE service. Decided to not take my entire order since you can’t trust anyone these days, and since I made an issue of it, no way will I accept food for my family with 100% confidence. What a joke to not have a way to contact customers of “issues” with their order promptly like the rest of the country. Probably won’t waste money here for who knows how long. Too many other options out there to deal with this lack of competence.

Just left the 23rd location. My spouse and I were seated at the table waiting for more than ten mins to be served or at least brought menus. We kept waiting. A party of ten arrived and sat right next to us. Within TWO mins, they were served chips, salsa, and beans. Staff was aware of us but for some reason decided to serve a bigger group than us. Couldn't tell u how the food was since we decided to leave. They looked severely understaffed. Never going back again.

I ordered tacos de bistec but the flavor is not the same not sure if they changed cooks or management but the food is not the same anymore the only good flavor I got came from the limones

Been here before, but this time I just came in to have a big baked potato with Bistec, and boy was I impressed. At the other restaurant by my house kept messing up the baked potato. I had to get down here so they won't mess up my order. I mean sure at the other restaurant they tried to give me one free, but after I was already at home ripping the bag open and seeing it wasn't the way I wanted it. They would give me 3 days to get the free mess up, which sorry to say I never or would have the time to get it... maybe if they wouldn't give me a deadline I would have time to pick it up. Maybe a lil more like a week or so later I would collect THEIR MISTAKE. But it was good!

I had to wait near 30 min to get my food and that’s because I was already waiting by the drive thru window. When I asked to speak to management, who claimed to be the assistant supervisor, Aleida, neglected me her managers name. She stated that I can call in tomorrow to get it. What type of customer service establishment treats their customers this way?
I was horrified by her attitude and non compliance to resolve a simple question.
A recommendation, please hire adapt and qualified personnel to be the face of your restaurant.

Ordered tacos, potato, and beans. There was a roach in my beans. Took it back and they told me that they couldn’t do anything about it because the beans are a free compliment. Then the manager proceeded to say that if the roach went in the beans from their establishment it would’ve been softer, that maybe it went in my cup after it left from their establishment. I told them the cup was sealed the whole time until I started eating them that’s when i opened the cup and started eating it. I felt a what I thought was a “hair” so I spit it out, to find out it was really a roach and what I felt was the antena

Always always whenever I go to the drivetruh they forget to give me either the soda, the tortillas or they give me the wrong order, one time it will happen is fine, but this is of all the times I have gone, terrible, I have been buying from them for 2 years but I won't come back. I also call to claim what I am missing and they pretend to cut off the call.

6/28/24 Very expensive for the amt of food. $11 for 3 small corn bistek tacos, small baked potato, small cup of beans, & drink. And that's the daily special. I asked for some more bacon bits & shredded cheese since there was only a sprinkle of each. She replied it's an extra charge. I said nevermind... Music was too loud.
