Iām very disappointed with how I was treated. I asked to try the chamoy because I donāt like certain types. After receiving a sample, I ordered a fruit cup and a chamoyada. Mind you, they knew it was our first time visiting this place. As we drove off, I tried the fruit, which was good, but when I tried the chamoyada, I was shockedāit had a different chamoy that was super sweet, unlike the sample I received.
I went back to ask why it wasnāt the same as the sample they gave me. They got upset and tried to gaslight me into believing it was the same. Eventually, they took it back and fixed it. Then, an elderly woman came out and was incredibly rude, telling me I needed to be more specific with my order and that they wouldnāt fix any problems in the future.
I explained that I had been specificāI asked to try the chamoy before ordering, especially since it was my first time there. She became defensive, saying that people come to her location for that specific chamoy, and I told her that I couldnāt have known that since it wasnāt what I was given in the sample.
So yeah, that was the last time Iāll ever go to that raspa stand. Iām very disappointed in their lack of customer service.

I have found the best Raspas and other items to be very good at Charlieās Tasty Raspas on N 23rd . The couple that runs it are very kind and hospitality. When I drive up they know what I want which is a blue coco raspas . I go at least 4 to 5 days a week. Theyāre the best. ā¤ļøā¤ļø
