So I used to love this place & wanted my sister to try it. However , the lady was very rude when my sister accidentally ordered incorrectly and had an unprofessional tone. The customer service left me with a bad experience and there is no need for rudeness especially when we were polite. Other than that the bobas are good here.

I got a 16oz Lavender milk iced tea with boba for $7.50. The tea was refreshing but more than what I would have expected to pay. Might try it again, looks like there is a lot of variety. Maybe I made the wrong choice in tea.

Our favorite boba place in the valley!! Their drinks might not be as pretty as other places that have fancy presentation, but their boba is always soo good! And they have several flavors to choose from. I've never been disappointed by their drinks! And their service is very dependable!

The lady has a stern tone, but she is incredibly nice and attentive as well as efficient. She explained some of the menu items quite well and was overall incredible service. Their coconut boba is pretty mid, their taro is incredible, green apple is super sour so if you're into that I definitely recommend with some lychee popping pearls, and their golden milk tea is very strong. Overall, it's a great place to go to for the variety and price
