RAW RICE
Been there 3 times and each time they gave me raw crunchy rice. Extremely disappointing that this is a recurring issue. How hard is it to cook rice? I can imagine one time maybe someone messed up but 3 times. Come on get it right. Absolutely ridiculous

Myself and my partner got a regular bowl meal each and the portions are not balanced. Given that it was around $18 per person, we were expecting more protein. Very little protein compared to the rice (fried rice is a $1.50 up charge - very disappointing). My partner, who’s picky with her food, took one bite and did not take another (shown in the picture). Overall it’s not worth it for the price.
Teriyaki Madness has some good flavors, but the prices are way too high for what you’re getting. A standard bowl with noodles, a drink, and an egg roll ends up costing around $18–$20. That’s a lot to pay for basic ingredients like chicken, rice, or noodles—none of which are expensive to make.
There’s also a $1.50 upcharge just to swap rice for noodles, and even adding broccoli costs extra. It feels like they’re nickel-and-diming customers on every little thing. If the pricing were more reasonable and inclusive, I’d eat here more often. But right now, it’s just not worth it.

This is my first time trying a new style of the Chinese dish, and it was great I had Roly poly be my host and he made sure I was settled in, definitely worth trying, food was fresh and steamy definitely recommend, EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!!!!
