Texas de Brazil - McAllen

We had possibly the worst waiter imaginable. Drinks stayed empty, had to ask for meat, was pretty much ignored by our waiter and the servers. Poor service to say the least.

This was not just a dinner, this was a whole dining experience!! All I can say is WOW! The salad bar was so unique and had so many wonderful choices. But don't load up too much cause the food that coming is amazing! And there is a lot of it! Incredible meats cooked just the way we like it. served right at your table. Very delicious hot sides as well. And wonderful attentive service. A great experience...we will be back!

Meat too salty...hire cooks/chefs who don't smoke. I've had better steak at Cheddar's & for about $10 a plate. This review doesn't reflect the service only quality of food.

Not a great experience. Made a reservation for a birthday dinner. When the server asked if we wanted a special cur, I asked for the rib eye. She said she would let them know. Waited 20 minutes, the server came back and asked if ao.eone came by and I said no. She said she would tell the manager. Another 15 minutes, nothing. Same thing, server came by, told us it would be there soon. 15 minutes later, the server said the ribeye was cooking gnd would be there in 10 minutes. 10 minutes later, same thing. Then the manager came by our table, telling us that they no longer have the ribeye on the menu... I asked our server about it and she said, "well, we have the sirloin, and that's just like the ribeye...." I have been to Brazilian steakhouses many times before, but this location does not fit the bill. As we were leaving, the server said, "sorry, next time you come in I'll give you a piece of cake" We live 5 hours from McAllen.

We were told there are 14 meats to try , we were only served atleast 6 . The people with the same meat kept coming to us. The ribs and short ribs and others would skip our table a lot, while our tab being on green. They would go to the table beside us and behind us but not us. We payed 300 in total for our meals. I think we deserved to try all the meats, and sadly we were not met with that variation of meats.

Had a great afternoon celebrating three birthdays all at the same meal. We have had many positive experiences over the years at this location, but I must admit that this was a very positive and satisfying event. The waiter Marco was the most attentive waiter we have experienced at any restaurant in South Texas for years. He insured that any and all items that were needed were addressed and directed the gauchos to bring specific items to us throughout the afternoon. The General Manager was on the floor and stopped by on several occasions to check on the quality of our food and service but also to introduce some new products that they were serving up for the day. Again, we have been to this location many times before, but this was above normal even for them.

Great experience! Service was incredible and the food was insanely good! Highly recommend!

Tardan mucho en servir la carne y siento que lo hacen a proposito para que comas otras cosas. No me gustó que te llevan cosas de poco valor para que comas otras cosas. La carne está reseca y fría

Booked dinner reservation for Wedding Anniversary - were seated before reservation time and it was Valentine's Day weekend. Great service, great food. Definitely worth the visit!

I've been here twice but I was so frustrated that I had to wait 1 hour plus to be seated . I made the reservation a month in advance because I knew it's be packed and still Had to wait so the reservation was pointless to make ... I might just not come back after that .
