Place is awesome! Great atmosphere, amazing food and drinks ... But it's been closed for MONTHS. Their website doesn't say anything about it, Google maps still lists their hours as open but we arrived to locked doors 2 weeks ago. If you check their Facebook they've been closed for months and their last post was in June saying they were supposed to open in "a few weeks". I guess everything is up in the air for them, couldn't tell ya. Hope they open...
We have eaten here a few times. Food and portions is good but service is a little disappointing. We last went here a few nights ago and had to wait 30 minutes after a reservation and after several visits we’ve noticed a common theme of the servers not checking back after food is delivered to make sure it’s okay and we have what we need. Kind of a bummer at a nice restaurant to go without condiments you need to enjoy your food.
I literally dream about this place all year round and make it the top of my priority list when traveling to the Rio Grande Valley. Chicken Centennial, Cornitas, and the Pink Sheba make this woman very happy. Wonderful service accompanied with a relaxing environment. The lighting and music makes my cares melt away—and did I mention the Pink Sheba?-because that helps too;) Impress your friends and tell them to check this place out!
