It was my second time trying this place, when I pulled up to the drive-thru the girls were laughing not ready to take my order when I asked for oatmeal they continue to laugh. I see there's a lot of downtime in this place but when you get a customer you should provide great service. After the second time I won't return. The drink was ok but the service was gone.

I was super excited to find this place right across from my job as I pull 12 hr shifts every day. . When going to order my coffee I always ask for extra shots of espresso, they felt the need to ask me 3x if I really wanted x amount of shots, I said yes and they laughed. Not a big deal, but I go the following day and they again said the same thing and laughed again. You can’t have your slogan as ‘ be a nice human bean ‘ and you have rude and unprofessional people working there. I am disgusted and will never return and neither will our staff

Healthcare girlies that like super strong coffee, this isn't the place for you. if you ask for extra shots of espresso they will repeat themselves 10 times then laugh at you when you tell them that you want x amount of shots in your coffee. The girl with black hair and the one with lighter colored hair will make it a point to laugh at you

I've never been to The Human Bean before, but I'm so happy I stopped by. I was slightly overwhelmed with the menu at first because everything looked great. The barista was helpful and kind with any questions I had about certain coffee products. I ended up deciding to get two blended Granitas (frozen espresso) for a co-worker and I. It was delicious! It was also topped with a cute little coffee bean.I felt like I had enough energy to last me a lifetime. ? I was on a mission completing every task possible at work after drinking this ?. So if ya need a good "pick me upper" this drink will do the damn job!!If you have a caffeine sensitivity I highly recommend you adjust the drink to your liking. I believe this drink has two & a half shots of espresso.I'm eager to try other products on their menu. They're super close to my place of work so I think I definitely found my new favorite coffee shop when I'm in town. ❤️The staff was smiling and were such a delight. The experience was refreshing.I'll be back again soon.Kid-friendliness: They have a "Little beans" menu for the kiddos. I thought that was cute. It consists of fruit smoothies, steamers, frozen drinks as well.

I have been buying my daughter coffee here since this place recently opened. We have had good service and good coffee. Today I ordered coffee and found it strange that the girl didn’t hand me the pad to sign for my credit card charge. As I drove off, I got my bank notification and the girl had given herself a tip and signed my name! Beware!

We loved it! The service was great. We tried the Snowy Mocha & the Mexi Mocha. I saw another review that said the snowy Mocha was not sweet and I have to say I agree, but to me that's my favorite thing about it. These drinks were the perfect balance of sweetness & espresso. As an avid coffee drinker I can't do overly sweet drinks such as the ones I've experienced @ Dutch Bros. The white Mocha @ starbucks can be too sweet most of the time so I can see why they would say this was not sweet when compared.We tried them iced, but I'll definitely be back to try the latte version. Also, the little candy bean was a good and unique touch to it.
