They charged us for condiments when they're complementary with the order and they highly praised one of their dishes and it was awful. I then asked if it was possible to exchange it for something of the same value or cheaper and they said no, after which I asked for a refund and they kept giving me the run around and different answers depending on the server we talked to. I enjoyed this place before but now their customer service has diminished significantly and nobody seems to know what they're doing.

I can't visit without getting their crispy shrimp basket—it's absolutely amazing and a must-have every time. But the real star of the show is their shrimp boil. And, of course, you can't get enough of the fresh crawfish. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and generous portions you receive, making it a great value.

I had never gone to a seafood boil place and walked in here! The lady at the register was so lovely and nice explained everything but the rest of the staff I didn’t know I had to go order to the register first so I sat and 5 minutes in I realized but no one came over to explain any thing or tell me like is this your first time here? So they can explain or something they just kept staring at us sitting there casually. Then we got our food but didn’t know we had to go get our own plates to the back part. When we started eating I saw another table with bibs and gloves mind you they were no where to be seen we weren’t brought any of those or any bucket to put trash. Food was okay but the customer service is trash!!

Terrible customer service since the girl who placed the order did not speak Spanish and added things that I did not order, later they brought us the order and in the rice with shrimp we got super long hair... we told the cashier they immediately took the dish and they did not want to refund us the money on the bill, just for the rice. Obviously, we no longer wanted to eat comfortably with confidence and we left with disgust and a mega stomach ache. We asked to speak to the manager and it turns out that there was no one to face us in this place... I am extremely disappointed in this place because in the past it used to be one of my favorites. I attach a photo of the ticket as proof of my consumption. I hope someone responsible for this place takes responsibility and pays more attention to the staff they hire. Although they took away my purchase ticket, I had already taken a photo of it…
