Very good burger, hot and fresh. We ordered a couple of smashburgers and the flavor and texture was spot on, perfectly seasoned with just a bit of crispiness around the edges. Fried pickles were hot, fresh and delicious!

I stopped by Tower Burger around 2 o’clock, and even though it was busy, the experience was amazing. The burger was incredible with fresh, crispy vegetables, perfectly seasoned meat, and soft, freshly baked buns. The fries were hot, crispy, and full of flavor.
The two waitresses working the front did an excellent job keeping everything running smoothly. They checked in often, reassured everyone that food was on the way, and stayed calm and professional the whole time. Over time, Tower Burger has only gotten better in both food quality and service. It’s easily one of the best burger spots around.

Tower Burger has gone through some changes in how they serve customers. It used to be more of a walk-up counter style, but now it has a sit-down feel. They bring you menus and your food, so it creates a nice hybrid experience that mixes casual and dine-in service.
The burgers are good and always satisfying. It may not be the most over-the-top burger place in town, but they put effort into what they do, and the quality shows. The atmosphere makes it a comfortable spot to enjoy a meal, and it feels like they might be aiming for something similar to a Red Robin, but with their own local personality.
What really makes Tower Burger stand out is that it’s local, not a chain. That makes it worth supporting, and overall the experience is enjoyable enough that I’m happy to give them five stars.

Waitress asked us to have a seat. Not many people there maybe a total of five or six small/medium size parties. Took what felt like forever to get drinks ordered.
Should have learned my lesson at that point and just order my food with the drinks. Needless to say it took even longer to get food.
The entire time the waitress seemed annoyed to be at work (got it - everyone has a bad day from time to time) but guess what you’re in the business of customer service and a server being rude just because of a bad day isn’t ok.
I ordered the Holy Guacamole burger and it was served with brown avocado, yuck. I scraped off the avocado but it ruined the taste of my burger. The server brought me a side of fresh avocado and claimed there was a new employee in the kitchen. New or not you should never serve brown avocado. I did enjoy the fries they were crispy and flavorful.

Food is delicious the server John was very sweet and nice even though we were missing some condiments in our burger he was very respectful to fix it I am very happy to say I’m impress with this gentleman … most tend to give attitude and no he was very welled mannered!!! I definitely would say to ask for this gentleman and thank you Tower Burger for hiring such well mannered employees to serve the public that’s what makes a restaurant!!! The first time here ordered the chili fries was not a fan of the chili flavor kids also did not like it. Tried the garlic parmesan wings they were drenched in sauce, so if you like wings in sauce, this is it. Would get wings again and try other flavors. The smash hamburger was okay tasted the bread more than the meat, even with a double patty. The portion of onion slices on the side was generous and definitely enough to share. If you don't have a big appetite, you can definitely share a combo.
