Excuse my picture, but I had to test the food out before I snapped the shot. I love this BBQ spot in Heb on Trenton and 10th. The brisket beans are very hearty. I love the chopped brisket and the pickles are awesome! Also I hate potato salad, but I do enjoy this one.

Robert took great care of me and my food. I called ahead about a rack of ribs and when I got there he made them for me and they were the best ribs I’ve ever had. Absolute perfection. Outstanding customer service.

Maybe it’s the location. I think being inside HEB grocery store kills this place. The food was average but the peach cobbler was definitely a plus. The brisket was ok for being in Texas. The sausage was flavorless with no spice. The spicy BBQ was a joke. I’m sure Texas can do BBQ better than this place.

Delicious, made to order. There is also a seating area near by.
I paid 30$ for a slimy brisket had more fat than meat or flavor and was cold waited 10 minutes for just a cold brisket then I added a gallon of tea that was broke and leaking everywhere as I sat down no plates or cups where available near they where across the room miles away from the table waste I should of just ate at home wrost bbq experience

How is this place so good?! Seriously, how? Located in the middle of a grocery store, this absolutely kicks the butt of most barbecue I have ever had. If I had to pick two items to get again, it would be the Texas torpedo and the fatty brisket. Everything was delicious and fresh, and the ordering process was very simple.
