This has got to be the worst Wendy's I've ever been to, standing in line waiting for someone to take my order, no one there, they are waiting for a register,the place is nasty , dirty tables, dirty floors, bunch of kids hardly working, this isn't the first time that this Wendy's has let me down , Wendy's isn't favorite burger, but not this location, come on guys get it together!!

Went thru drive thru and had to park for 10 minutes. Finally got off and went to ask for our food which was only one kid meal. They had to make it right in front of me because they hadn’t even started. They all looked like teenagers working there. Not putting down their age but there was no leadership present. Everyone looked lost. Four cars were parked waiting for their food when I left. Go somewhere else!

It is very cold, sometimes it must have a room temperature of 75, and the service is very good, Erian's food makes the meat fatter and thicker so that the customers are full, not that you eat 2 hamburgers and you are left hungry and the potatoes are more thick and less salt

A small, cramped place to eat. It was incredibly dirty. The tables were sticky, and there was trash everywhere. The soda machine was disturbingly dirty and sticky (it's touch screen, so you don't even want to touch it). The place was busy (weekend rush maybe?) so I can understand why it was so trashed up. The soda machine is in the way with a line that will form quickly and blocks the line where you actually order food to eat. You have to cut thru the soda machine line to place a food order. There's a counter to get your paper towels, ketchup, and soda lids, which is also in the way of everything. The soda lids are a pain to take out from the holder, so you should put your drink down to ensure you don't spill it everywhere. This inconvient counter is sticky from all the spills that have occurred. Ketchup splatter is also here, so it's just a messy area. Luckily, the paper towels are here. But careful because you might just bump keisters with someone else who is waiting in line to order. The staff seem kind enough but also seem overwhelmed by the crowd. This Wendy's should be remodeled for optimum space because with the looks of it, it just seems chaotic. They do offer outside seating, but who wants to eat outside with the humidity and the influx of crazy birds hanging around. They have a variety of seats to choose from but unfortunately everything seemed dirty. My husband and I order the biggy bags along with a small Chilli w/cheese and onions. I gave the food 3 stars because there was some old hard bacon in my chilli that I had to spit out (the bacon chunk seemed like it was days old and should have been thrown in the garbage but somehow landed in the chilli.) The burger was average, the spicy nuggets were good and the fries were good. The drink was a small and I didn't even finish it since I just wanted to leave since it was noisy. Maybe it's just the location where the employees don't get a break to even wipe down areas, and it's always busy, I don't know. The service could be improved just by improving the cleanliness of the eating areas. The atmosphere is not great for eating indoors because it's crowded and sometimes noisy, and the outdoor area is a terrible place to eat due to the birds and the high traffic road next to it. This Wendy's is in a high traffic location, it's located in the same area as a walmart and other shopping stores which explains why it seems so busy. I would skip eating here and maybe just go through the drive thru or head for a different Wendy's with less traffic. I love Wendy's but I don't love this location.
Drive thru order...always get home with the order and total BS...too many times that we have ordered the Apple Pecan Salad that is supposed to have Blue Cheese chunks and find not a damn one in it. Lettuce is as limp as ? grandmas grip. Go elsewhere...I will from now on.

They forgot my drink that i paid for. They gave attitude when i went back to get my drink. Thick white girl gave attitude when i asked to BUY a buffalo sauce and for a straw for the drink they FORGOT. She charged me and walked off and started talking to other employees and had me there for 5 min. Had to wave down a different girl which gave me what i asked for within seconds. Terrible customer service and terrible attitude from drive thru staff. Went at 10:30 pm so it wasn't like i went right before closing.
Was sad about the SpongeBob deal and the Patty's had a little too much salt for my taste

Nolana in McAllen Texas , one of the workers is on their iPhone 15 or 16 and it said there's a security camera above this individual in which isn't professional when using a cell phone on the job I wouldn't even give this exact location a rating I think the corporate people should come over to this location address the camera feed at this exact location in which the cashier handed me my order . In front of this location there was a male does a pet cat what does it look good for any location that has food that individual what year are the door that goes into the restaurant near the cashier, I wish people were professional there but they look like a bunch of millennials unprofessional millennials
