Google Maps said that they closed at 1 am, we arrived at 1215 am and they sent us a tube but we left and they served us through the drive thru

I’m currently in line and it looks like they’re really understaffed on Saturday night. Looks I went when there was a lot of weird stuff going on. The only cook was arguing with another staff member and the manager seems upset about soap and I heard “ someone already filed a report “ in her rant while having a disassembled soap dispenser . I have no idea what’s going on. I had to wait like 20 minutes but at least I was entertained. Food was good though!

12 NOON. Went to get two kids meals. 1 cheese burger 1 chicken nuggets. We live about 3 lights away. Got home and kids said fries were cold and gross. Nuggets cold also. The only thing “warm” was the patty on the cheese burger since they have those in warmers. I tried to call to speak with a manager but ofc their phone doesn’t take messages and goes straight to “this phone number doesn’t accept messages since their voicemail isn’t set up yet” and hangs up. I didn’t want to have to drive back and get everyone in the car again..

Stopped by on a busy night, the day before Thanksgiving. Ordered food in the drive thru, paid and then waited a few only to be handed my food by the manager and not even a thank you or have a nice night. NOTHING! checked part of my order and wasn't to my request so i took it back in. Got back to my vehicle and realized the rest of the order wasn't even anything I ordered. Took it back for a refund and not even an I'm sorry or anything. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER.
