I was in town and had to try this spot out, in California we don’t have a Whataburger. This place was busy, it took awhile to get my food but worth it. Burger was really good but a bit salty, the fries with the hot Ketchup was amazing. If you get a chance check this place out. 💥

Never have I ever spoken to managers who DO NOT CARE ABOUT SATISFYING THE CUSTOMER!!! It never fails that they always leave something out of my order. No gravy one time, no fries another, hard as a rock cinnamon roll, and my last straw was my entire order being wrong. Wrong cheese on both burgers, sauce on the wrong burger, no grilled onions on another. I finally had it and spoke to Diana about my issue with my entire order and she promised us credit for it after giving us a hard time verifying our order through the phone. Go to Whataburger the next day to get my correct order and Nabony WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Had me wait 30 MINUTES JUST TO TELL ME HE WAS NOT GOING TO FIX THE PROBLEM!!! I was not given a paper receipt but it was a pick up order so I had my online receipt AND THAT WAS NOT ENOUGH! He told me HE DID NOT NEED TO HELP US!!!! Never in all my time working in the food industry have I ever came across a fast food business who would not just give the customer the right order to just avoid any problems or a BAD REVIEW!!!

The Swiss and Mushroom burger was the best burger I have ever eaten! It was so flavorful and juicy It was so large I had to take part of it home to finish later. I wish they made it all the time!

An absolute disgrace! We went to get a quick breakfast and the honey butter biscuit literally had NO CHICKEN in the breading! Worst service ever.

There was feces overflow in the males bathroom all over the toilet and urine everywhere, it smelled so bad that I vomited. Will never return here and will be filing a corporate complaint.

Went through drive thru, was wanting to add additional food to my order o only to be discouraged by anyone employee by the name of "Oz". He stated that "it was too late and I was only going to hold up the line". Last time I'll visit this location. Definitely needs to practice on their customer service.
