Me and my family went here to eat, And had placed our orders, We waited a couple of minutes then this sweet man came over with our food placing it down, Being very polite as well before asking if we wanted any ketchup, Honestly he lifted out mood, He seemed like such a gentleman! He wore like a beard guard and glasses, He was a older gentleman but absolutely sweet! He really did lift up the atmosphere, Hope to see him again!

As soon as I got my water burger it was just 2 buns and no meat at all
Manager didn’t want to help He said I didn’t ordered cheese but I did.

Crazy how not even an hr later my sons croc got stolen 😭😭😭😭
We came to eat for a fast snack. Our cashier Rogelio was amazing. He was friendly and made sure we were served correctly. He went out of his way to fix the veggie issue we had with the burger. We love to come to this whataburger. The staff is friendly and Rogelio always has a smile on his face when we come eat here.

Worst place ever. The manager was so rude. We were waiting patiently for 10 minutes for someone to take our order. while the manager was standing there on her phone. Asked for help and she ignored us and left. Went to the back to just get another employee to help us when she was already there.
