I really hope management sees this because I never really complain but I was really disappointed this evening, my grilled chicken sandwich was soggy AF. There wasn’t even a full tomato or full piece of lettuce it’s like they were being lazy and just slapped ingredients on there. I go there all the time and never had an issue. I’m really disappointed I want management to contact me.

Whataburger on 1000 Nolana in McAllen
This was one dissapointing experience. Our cashier Gael was great. He took our order exactly how we wanted. It was the back of the house that made the mistakes on our burgers.
We ordered a Patty Melt and a #1 combo. Patty melt came with one small leaf lettuce, no tomato, no pickles. We had ordered veggies on the side for this reason. On the side veggies we asked for leaf lettuce and were given shredded iceberg lettuce. On the #1 burger there was no leaf lettuce and was given shredded iceberg lettuce. Same thing to my side veggies. No leaf lettuce on the burgers.
We are regular customers. We eat whataburger at least 4 times a week due to work. Lets hope next visit is better.
This is by far the worst whataburger location I’ve ever been to. 9 times out of 10 I place a mobile order and I have to wait almost 20 minutes each time. It’s ridiculous.

The one team member is slow and giving 3 fancy ketchup and me said “3 spicy ketchup” that is majority is drive thru and long time this is worst and maybe file a complaint one day.
Drive thru can get pretty busy on weekends, especially during the evenings. I usually order the number 2 with double cheese. Lately I have noticed the food is being served a cooler temperatures. Like the cheese isn’t even melted. I have had to ask for toasted buns in order for cheese to melt. Service is okay.

I placed a curbside order at 8:32 PM. My husband arrived at the restaurant at 8:40 PM, he checked into the assigned space as instructed. After a 40-minute wait, during which he observed other curbside orders being fulfilled, I attempted to contact the restaurant by phone without success. He subsequently entered the restaurant to inquire about my order, explaining the extended wait to a team member. His concerns were dismissed, and the order, which had apparently been ready for some time, was simply handed to me. Upon arrival home, I discovered the food was cold and incorrectly prepared. While I am generally understanding of occasional delays, this is a recurring issue at this location, and today's experience was unacceptable. I am very dissatisfied and wish i could request a refund.
