selena the manager was so disrespectful, honestly the worse service ive gotten at a whataburger , no whataburger has ever given me bad service but this one. We were being so kind and trying to ask her for something else AFTER SHE FORGOT TO PUT IT IN , when we CLEARLY ASKED HER , and she “refused to give us service , im so disappointed at whataburger for putting managers like that , when we were clearly being kind and told her she put our order in wrong , i can not believe this

8/10 times the fries are fresh but my review is to highlight Vanessa. She took my order and although it was late, she was in high spirits, all smiles, and full of joy. In a world where we’re all struggling and overwhelmed and everyone resorts to unkindness and rudeness, Vanessa was a breath of fresh air. What an asset to this location! Hope she gets a raise! 🫶🏻🧡

So glad they closed and very nasty place inside the kitchen and unsinitized finally this place better clean first and then they need to rebuild it they found rats and fungus everywhere so gross im glad the fine they got.

The re-opened location on 10th Street in McAllen was not great. Sterile seating, food was not good.
Literally the worst whataburger on this side of town. Something always comes out wrong. As someone who literally works in customer service, and used to work be a Shift Lead at Whataburger myself it’s so disappointing. Customer service is horrible always trying to rush people on the speaker so orders come out wrong. Even when they put my order in right, the food comes out wrong.

I ordered my food on the Whataburger app I ordered 3 shakes and a kid meal when i arrived to pick up my food the girl in the counter was so rude I told her I’m here for a pick up order she gives me attitude and asks me under what name I give her my name and she tells me the shake Machine is being cleaned that if I wanted to wait 30-45 minutes I told her no I can’t wait she offer me a cookie or brownie that way cheaper than the shakes I asked her can you give me back my money she said no you have to cancel your order on the app I told her it wouldn’t let me then she tells me well you have to call our customer service number. This girl was so rude just by her attitude you can tell she didn’t want to be working I don’t understand how ppl work in places like this if they don’t have good customer service. She needs to fix her attitude and stop using red lipstick it doesn’t look good on her !!! Plus management was no help!!
