The best Wingstop so far, they always make sure to be quick because the lady at the front knows I work and I'm there for break. Today I accidentally clicked the wrong time on my online order and she made sure they started making it by 12:30 when I walked in, and left with my food by 12:38.

Ordered online for in store pick up but the system didn’t recognize our order as complete so it wasn’t made when we arrived, which isn’t the workers fault at all but the two gentleman that worked Halloween night around 11:30pm were so kind, solved the problem and gave excellent customer service. I wish I would’ve gotten their names. Great people!

Ordered food on the phone, as I am about to pay the cashier does not take my only form of payment ($100 bill) tells me they do not take bills larger than $20, I was not notified when ordering. Two clients before me had paid with cash aswell, no problem there. Horrible way of wasting people's time. Please notify when ordering.

Had a bad experience here! I ordered through door dash, and a Wingstop employee allowed someone else to take off with my order. It doesn’t help that they have a screen with all the names for the order. This can happen to anyone. They may not believe you and you’d be out the money you paid. The dasher who resolved my issue ended up bringing my order idk even know how. But the mild wings look pre-chewed. We had to leave work and pick up a fresh order that looked how the first order was supposed to. Be careful when ordering online or with delivery app

Best Wingstop ived ever gone to!! Loved the hospitality and comfort this restaurant gave me. Cashier Linda was super nice and made everything run smoothly. Provided great customer service I would definitely come back just for her. Woman deserves acknowledgment 100%.

Went in at 11 when it states closing is at 12, and they told us we couldn’t dine in anymore, they should update their hours to 11 then. Fine, we order anyways and they forget our ranches.. crazy work
