Tried to dine in on Saturday, April 6. Walked in a couple minutes before 11:00pm (they close at 12:00am), and was told by employee that they were not doing dine in anymore. Only online orders. Called other locations in area and was told that dine in is supposed to be until they close at 12 am. Same guy who told us no more dine in, was sweeping, picking up mats from floor and placing them on benches in front where people wait (disgusting). Whoever was managing needs to manage better. So many people walked in and out in the little time that we were there. Paying customers shouldn’t be turned away because employees want to get out early, or leave right at closing time. VERY unprofessional!

Delicious food, very bad soda machine. The employees only put ice in the machine and did not check that some soft drinks came out pure water or others pure syrup.

Do not order from this wing stop location (next to Best Buy in Mcallen). They ALWAYS mess up on your order and instead of apologizing, they tell you that its "human error' and want you to drive all the way back to pick up the missing items, as if we live nearby. The person (male) that I spoke to stated that he was the manager, however; did not provide his name to me when I asked, and when I asked for his general managers name, he also did not provide it. He was beyond unprofessional and rude! Please do yourself and your family a favor and not order from here, it is just not worth throwing your money at his location and still have to deal with their nasty attitude.Update: Managers name is Pablo.
