Made out to seem like a fancy high-end dining restaurant when, in reality, it’s just like a pricier Chili’s.

Multiple service problems. Embarrassing nite after we had bragged to our guests about the place. Food was good when it finally arrived. Manager came to appologize.

Great place to eat and enjoy. Venue plays music loud, difficult to converse, but the food and service outweigh the noise!

Sever was a little rude but I don’t care, food was good! Except the pizza was a little soggy due to the amount of oil they used for it. But drinks and every else was good.

This is our third time here. The wait to be seated was 15 min, which was fine. The waiter and I couldn't hear each other. There were so many tvs going with different programs. One is enough? The service was great, and the food came out in a timely manner even though it was a busy Friday night.
We ordered:
1. Queso dip - good, but order with no tortillas and more chips.
2. Burger - good as expected
3. Cobb salad with shrimp- good, but the shrimp were overcooked.
4. Lava cake - the best

It is a nice place to watch sports games. It was Friday night of the UT vs OSU game, I saw it at first at the bar, since I hadn't made a reservation. Food very good, I ordered chicken wings and fried squid. I didn't order the Ribeye, which I believe is one of the specialties and burgers. Overall very good

The main bartender was rude and unprofessional, he wouldn’t allow other bartenders to serve me at the bar. I was at a work dinner and didn’t want to put my alcohol beverages on the company so I went to the bar to open a tab. The main bartender gave me a hard time and eventually forced me to close my tab after 2 beers. I’ll never return

young manager with braces (didn’t get his name) shouldn’t predict when a person should get cut off if he isn’t implementing cut off time of having two yards with his “team” while the customer is eating and drinking water on the side the entire time. implement the circumstances with your team before serving the second yard to your customer. IMPLEMENT THIS BEFORE EVEN STARTING THE AFTERNOON SHIFT. let them know before hand the consequences of getting cut off before they even have the chance of ordering that second yard. multiple people are in the building drinking a bunch of cocktails (without knowing their alcohol level), shots, and probably not the full yard but ordering a continuous glass of beer. he wasn’t able to explain the cut off but got upset that he was getting questioned without not knowing the answer or should i say based on his “team”. you mean the sever that was hardly present at our table? showed me enough that he wasn’t experience but decided to cut my entire family off from a birthday celebration. a complete trash call especially being in the service industry. all he said was due to his team, understandable; but is your team that is most likely in the back chit chatting and not being so present at the table? sounds convenient to me especially if you aren’t so experience as a manager. congrats to your position but please take a course of knowing how to come about a situation or INSTALL the rules that you want running for the industry before starting the shift with your “team”. tell your team to be more present with their customer knowing the circumstances of the situation before making a call. not word of mouth or because of predictions.

Serving broken wings, not good. Please fix your kitchen, this wings will not pass the franchise quality control. I like the service and the environment. Will come back.
