Ordered combination plate. It comes with two enchiladas, carne guisada and rice and beans. Im a big fan of carne guisada when plate arrived I was excited. I was quickly disappointed the carne guisada was cold. It was not even warm. I sent it back just to reheat. The plate comes back and its still cold. I was upset because it took forever to get the plate and to top it off it was still cold. I don't go out and pay for cold food. I looked over to kitchen area and you could see kitchen staff joking and laughing and one of them was stuffing their face while the paying customers waited for their plates. I was not impressed with the cooks delivery of plates. Furthermore the pieces of carne guisada I tried lacked flavor. It need more spices it was bland. Don't think they know how to make carne guisada tex/mex. They make it Mexican style tasteless.

I ordered the cordon Bleu. The chicken was cold as if they had it out sitting for hours . Mind you it was during lunch there shouldn't be a reason for that . The green spaghetti didn't have enough sauce . I sent the plate back they didn't offer if I wanted something else.

New location looks like a elementary school cafeteria. The food ( enchiladas) was bland. Watery cheese sauce and no flavor. Must have new cooks because the food at other location was much better. No music or ambiance. 👎
