It was one of my favorite restaurants up until lat night. Horrible service. Waitress was in a bad mood had to call her for everything and looked bothered when I asked. We were a party of like 12 and took more than an hr and half to get food. No refills(we knew they were not free) and the food disappointed. Sad when you try to blame it on the kitchen and you are right there seeing it all. You bet I had them Remove that 15% tip.. maybe the waitress can learn a lesson. It was a bill of almost 300 dlls. Never again. If I could give it a zero, I would! I my self was a server for 10+ years and just cuz u know it's a party of six or more, does not mean you can ignore the table.. if she would have been amigable another story would of been...

We went to eat there yesterday 2/25/24 about 1:30 p.m. The service and food were great as always all the staff was doing a good job. BUT. half way through our meal, the Manager, David, got there with his 2 kids. We noticed the staff had his table ready and set up with their order. All during the time we were there David was very loud and started calling waiters, cashiers and staff to his table and started getting after them. We could all hear, especially me and my husband because we were sitting right next to his table. And he kept getting up and going to the kitchen and being loud there. Before David got there, the staff was happy and smiling. But you could see the difference once David got there. We couldn’t finish our food so we asked for to go boxes. My husband wanted to talk to your Manager, David, to bring it to his attention as to how he had acted. But when he walked by our table, my husband asked if he could talk to him outside because we didn’t want anyone to hear the conversation. And he said no that he was in a hurry and was actually off that day. So we talked to him at our table and let him know that there was no need for him to treat his employees that way especially in front of customers. We hope this problem gets corrected. As retired professionals with 28 years in customer service, this is not how to treat your staff in front of customers if you want them to keep coming back. We have been going to your restaurant for the past 5 years and know most of your staff by name. They all do a good job. PS: FIX YOUR PARKING LOT. ITS FULL OF POT HOLES!!

Well, for people talking about awesome breakfast, I will give you the contrair. I went before 10 am and ordered the bacon and egg plate. The presentation was aweful was not even appetizing, yet the potatoes on the plate were overcooked and just dried. The flour tortillas, which they said they were freshly made, were a lie they were preheated. If you know how to make them, they would be soft and fresh, but when you preheat, you can taste and tell they have been sitting there for some time. So big thumbs down on the tortillas, and I was not a fan, and that was my experience. It was a huge flop and disappointed. You be the judge with the presintation where's the eggs and the bacon were just nasty, not even crispy, just salty. As if was the last of the pan. The potatoes you can see they dried as if sitting on a stove for a long period of time.

Bad experience. My 1st order was served cold. My 2nd order had pieces of toothpicks in it. The server apologized for the mishaps and advised me that the manager was notified of incidents. The manager never made time to come and speak to me.
