While we haven’t visited the café yet because we’re not local, we were gifted a bag of the Espresso Journey beans and they make a fantastic cup of coffee. We’re already planning to order more and explore some of the other varieties!
I was looking for something different than your typical chain/national coffee shop. I was nearby for another event and found 107 Roasters on the map.
I really only drink espresso or cold brew, but I gauge a shop by their espresso. I highly recommend it! the flavor profile was robust but not bitter. The beans they used was their "Espresso Journey". I should've picked up a bag for using at home. I did buy a bag of Bombay Bluebonnet. Great, mild bean for the house.

Cozy, warm vibe with a very cool music atmosphere. Love the artwork and great coffee. Definitely going to be back! The London Fog with lavender was absolutely delightful.
