I was looking for something different than your typical chain/national coffee shop. I was nearby for another event and found 107 Roasters on the map. I really only drink espresso or cold brew, but I gauge a shop by their espresso. I highly recommend it! the flavor profile was robust but not bitter. The beans they used was their "Espresso Journey". I should've picked up a bag for using at home. I did buy a bag of Bombay Bluebonnet. Great, mild bean for the house. Great service and great coffee! I highly recommend. The vibe is really cool in the cafe as well. Unique and friendly!

Cozy, warm vibe with a very cool music atmosphere. Love the artwork and great coffee. Definitely going to be back! The London Fog with lavender was absolutely delightful.

this is a little bit of a biased review but genuinely one of the best places to get your beans and drinks of any kind, refresher, tea, energy, fizzy soda, coffee, blended, all 107 drinks all made with care, the community is truly amazing just the amount of people that constantly show up for their beans or favorite drinks before work. if you are considering going please go it will be a joy to your day and a little history lesson depending on the day <3 and I haven't even gone Into the different beans 107 has 😆

107 Roasters create the very best coffee and coffee beverages in all of north Texas. We have probably tried just about all of the coffee shops within driving distance and always return to 107 Roasters. They simply can't be beat. Our favorite take-home coffee beans is their Bombay Bluebonnet - a deeply flavorful and aromatic India/Kona blend. We use it in our Breville Barista Express espresso machine. As far as their coffee drinks, it's hard to pick a favorite. Every one that we have ordered has been fabulous in its own way. They also have espresso shooters, which are very rich and satisfying. We highly recommend this place!

We love stopping in this shop for a great chai! Our favorite is the lavender chai! The staff is always friendly and willing to help you find the best drink for you. Such variety with hot/cold coffee, hot/cole teas, lemonades, shakes, and so much more!!

My wife and I visited 107 Roasters for the first time and are so happy we did! It's a super unique spot with a great vibe! Dave was super knowledgeable and passionate about coffee which translated into an amazing flavor! After trying two of the coffees we ended up going home with a pound of the Swahili Six Gun blend. It is by far the best coffee we have ever had. We're looking forward to taking the free tour and buying more coffee! We definitely recommend this place to any one who loves coffee!
