107 Roasters & Cafe

While we haven’t visited the café yet because we’re not local, we were gifted a bag of the Espresso Journey beans and they make a fantastic cup of coffee. We’re already planning to order more and explore some of the other varieties!

I was looking for something different than your typical chain/national coffee shop. I was nearby for another event and found 107 Roasters on the map. I really only drink espresso or cold brew, but I gauge a shop by their espresso. I highly recommend it! the flavor profile was robust but not bitter. The beans they used was their "Espresso Journey". I should've picked up a bag for using at home. I did buy a bag of Bombay Bluebonnet. Great, mild bean for the house....

this is a little bit of a biased review but genuinely one of the best places to get your beans and drinks of any kind, refresher, tea, energy, fizzy soda, coffee, blended, all 107 drinks all made with care, the community is truly amazing just the amount of people that constantly show up for their beans or favorite drinks before work. if you are considering going please go it will be a joy to your day and a little history lesson depending on the day <3 and I haven't even...
