The Mexican lady cashier that works night shift has a horrible attitude and tried to charge me full price of a drink when I only got ice . No other 7-11 I go to does that and she insisted it would be full price . Not coming here again.

i was in the 100 S custer road location at 1 AM this saturday ,September 16th. working behind the counter was lorenzo hodges. a young man had a buzz ball in his hand, myself knowing that Lorenzo sold to a minor the previous month and i believe has a case reguarding that i incident: i jokingly said "if you are under age, he will sell to ya" the kid replied with " i am only 19" i looked at lorenzo and said " wait can i but beer" as he scanned the minors red buzz ball, lorenzo looked down and said "oh, wait, i can't" throwing the fact that the kid just admitted to being a minor. sounds like getting shut down is not a worry to this store?? not to mention this employee is stalking an LA Fitness employee across the parking lot at LA Fitness. not to mention he is a felon served 21 years on a murder charge. during serving his sentence he caught a sexual assault case. not to mention he sleeps in his blue truck in the 7-11 parking lot. that would be my first red flag, having 2 jobs yet sleeps in his vehicle. very strange 51 year old man if you ask me. i smell that he is running from some thing. i do not feel safe!!

Dishonest pricing. They had inaccurate pricing on the shelf. When I pointed it out the employee explained that the price tag was for another item in a different part of the fridge, two shelves above. I showed him there were two rows of the same product and both rows were priced the same. When I suggested he should honor that price he accused that I could have moved it. He began walking away, I asked him if he was going to correct it and he said no. I told him it was poor business practices and dishonest. Watch your pricing in this 7-11... Custer and Virginia in Mckinney.

This place sold me expired product. I didnt realize they were expired until I got home and opened one of them. When I returned for a refund the manager would not give my money back because it had been opened even though the expiration date was marked on the package and I had my receipt. I contacted the corporate office with no response.I guess 7-eleven is okay selling expired and unusable products and then stealing your money.

Never seen such disrespect in an employee. When I came to the counter he just points at the register I’m not at and doesn’t say a word to me. I say to him “ oh sorry wrong register.” Still nothing. He then turns to his coworker and is like “ bro, it’s almost 10.” Completely ignoring that I was conversing with him. When I finish paying I say “thank you.” And he looks me dead in the eyes and says nothing. Never even told me my total that I had to pay. I had to look at my bank account for that. I’m pretty sure as a retail employee you are required to tell the customer the total but he continues to ignore me. So I just pid and got out of there. Wish the employees cared more though. I really like 711.

Went in Friday evening, grabbed a box of wine, stood at checkout watching lady ignore me! Asked if she is going to help me. States as soon as I finish packing online order! Rude to not help customers in the store first!

Very rude!I was sitting at a pump because the battery died in my work van. One of the workers came and asked me if I can move because I was blocking the pump. I explained to him that my van broke down and I was waiting on dispatch. He didn’t believe me and proceeded to ask me to move several more times and told me someone needs to hurry up and move me?
