I got the sweet (Rava Laddu) from the store along with curries but it is rotten and could see fungus on it. Unfortunately, my kid had this without noticing it but luckily he is not food poisioned. Called up store on the next day but they said its fresh and they don’t see any issues. Not sure when they prepared ?

The food is very delicious. The catering service is very prompt. We tried with Puri, Aloo Korma and Pulav catering and it was liked by every guest we had. Their cake, carrot halwa is also very delicious. Must try

Something seriously wrong with Chikkudukaya curry I ordered yesterday. Whoever ate at my home got stomach upset. Whoever ate only fry item, they are ok. I ate more quantity and suffering a lot. I dont know if the store management also eat same food. It’s my good bye to the store.

The vast majority of the food here (not just the snacks) seem to be completely premade. As a result, food is served extremely quickly but do not taste all that great. The biryanis do not live up to fourteen dollars. The curries are also not worth the price. They're often the wrong temperature and do not taste as good as other made-to-order restaurants.
They also do not sell rice. When I asked if there is any way I could get rice to eat with my curry and chutney, they said to take my food to-go and "make my own rice at home." They do sell rotis, but they are often extremely dry or extremely greasy.
This place is meant for take outs. While there are tables inside, they aren't kept clean and are often filled by people waiting for their take-out anyways.
Overall, not bad if you want "instant" Andhra food to go, but don't expect the quality of the food or the atmosphere to live up to the price.

We gave a catering order in Akshaya patra. Food was excellent especially their jackfruit biryani and Gulab jamun. Sunil was very responsive and helpful through out the process. I definitely recommend this place.

This restaurant is by far one of the best Indian places in the Dallas area. Akshaya Patra has an incredible staff and has very delecious food as well. The snacks were espically great and tasted almost identical to the ones in India(which if you are an Indian you would know how hard that is to replicate in US). The varrietry of curries and biryanis are turlly amazing! Overall this has been an amazing experince and I truly love it from the bottom of my heart!
P.S Their menus change everyday so yall get something new and fresh each day!
P.S.S The restaurant was very very neat and the staff was warm and welcoming!?

I have eaten here atleast 20 times and here are my suggestions in case it helps.
1. Food tastes great but please control the amount of oil you are adding to your biryani’s and pulav’s - please dont kill your customers.
2. Please please please increase the quantity of chutney that you give with breakfast. The prices are not so low to save on chutney.
3. Puffs - please stop selling all kinds of puffs they smell and taste stale.
4. Reduce quantity and reduce the prices for your veg curries. I take so much veg curry for dinner and have to throw half of it always as I prefer not to save for next day. The guilt of throwing away food is keeping me from buying your curries.
5. Please stop mixing milk to your raita. It tasted the worse.
I am happy to come back and give 5 stars if I see above issues addressed. You le food tastes amazing. Please understand the customer’s viewpoint.
Update: I am glad to see that all the issues I reported have been addressed so giving 5 stars now. Love this place!!!
