There is no one at the door to sit you so expect to wait a few minutes when they are busy. My wife and I have come here four times now for the lunch special and we usually get Melany as our server. She is really polite and friendly and has become our favorite server there. We came in today and I got the Fiesta chicken which I liked and my wife got the roll up and tomato soup which she always enjoys. A booth behind us had a complaint and were being rude and the the manager handled it well. Overall great experience.

We have ordered online from this place on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, the order is always incomplete. We placed 3 orders for steak and fries and each time we place the same order, we do not get the side of fries that comes with the meal. They also do not pick up calls. We are not going to order from this place again. Honesty (or a lack thereof) can define everything about an organization, including its long-term prospects for success. In reality it boils down to honesty.

BT provided the best service we’ve had in a long time! She made sure our food was handled properly, addressed our questions and made us feel welcome. Rarely do you find people happy to be at work these days and she just made our whole evening. Thank you BT for doing a great job!

When we arrived to Applebees in McKinney on 380 and 75 the manager was paying a delivery person from Dominoes Pizza for 4 pizzas.It took us 10 minutes to be seated. There were two aggressive loud men at the bar. They walked behind me my family and I let cigarettes.We ordered our food and after 50 minutes we didn’t receive it we left. Worse experience ever.

BE AWARE! You'll be dining with the spiders and water bugs, its disgusting with those booths they don't clean! Its ridiculous how the managers run that place and there's always new waiters shaking my head! The bow girl was very sweet but everyone else nope!

My husband I visited this location here in Mckinney this evening the atmosphere was welcoming the restaurant was clean as well our server was Channa she was very nice I mean very nice and friendly these days you don’t get exceptional service often but tonight I was impressed with Applebee’sthe manager I believe her name is Shenna was passing out bite size samples of a clubhouse sandwich that I never knew you all offered and told us they were apart of the lunch specials you all offer throughout the weekWhich I will be sneaking out on my lunch break to come and getGreat dining experience tonight we will definitely be back to visit this location!
