Now I know why the ratings are so terrible. Well here is my experience, went there with 2 kid meal coupons, they knowingly gave us one meal, and pocketed the other one. My kid was like -Dad, they scammed us. I said buddy we made a mistake by visiting these guys. I am sure they will soon be out of race for this pathetic customer service. All the best!
Just got a turkey swiss sandwich which had NO turkey. Will be going back for new sandwich.
Update to this review - just went back to the Arby’s and Edgar was very kind in offering refund. I advised I’d rather have the sandwich and he quickly obliged, even providing double turkey and was sincerely apologetic. Thank you Edgar for great service recovery!!

Ordered 4 sandwich items through the app & bought 2 Senior drinks at the counter & ate at the location dining area until we continued on our journey home. It was not busy around dinner time after 5-6pm Monday evening. Only 2 visible female hispanic employees. One being management. The napkins, lids, straws & condiments need to be well stocked & restocked. Trays from dining area are to be taken for washing, sanitized, dried & relined with new tray liner for next shift customer's food orders for in dining. Clean tables, chairs, bathrooms floors swept, mopped & trash taken out for closing shift duties are mandatory & most neglected. Room for improvement a must.

I love Arby’s so I was excited to see there was one right around the corner when we moved to the area. I probably would be there once a week if the service wasn’t so awful. I’ve been a total of 3 times in two years of living here because every single one of those times, I’ve been waiting for my order in the drive-thru for no less that 15-20 minutes. Once time is was like 30 minutes and no one was to be found! I saw my order sitting in a bag wondering if it was mine. Not one employee be seen. I couldn’t get anyone’s attention. Lo and behold someone finally comes around the corner, notices my order and gives me my cold food. What’s going on back there?

I just ordered a Large cheddar melt meal about thirty minutes ago. Asked for Honey Mustard sauce and Branco Berry sauce. Did NOT receive the sauce. The Fries were stale and cold, the cheddar melt also cold. This was a $16 Meal which is ALOT! Outrageous…

Terrible service tonight and there’s no way to reach customer service… no phone number, contact form or email address.
I can’t afford to eat out this week but I’m having a horrible day AND a friend died so rather than go to bed hungry I ordered a French dip, no cheese. Get home and found cheese on my sandwich. Wasted money on food I can’t eat.

I got an apple pecan salad this morning and when I opened it I realized the feta cheese had gotten moldy and the whole thing tasted like it was expired. I usually like their salads but this was disappointing
