It took 25min to get through the drive through with nobody else in line or in the dining room. And then when I asked for a receipt I was told they "don't do receipts at his location". There was just a pile of pre-made dry as all get out sandwiches they pulled from. Which makes the delay make even less sense.Do not goto this location you will only regret the time, and money sunk into a sub par meal that was pre made hours ago.

Absolutely worst Arby's in the Mckinney area. I'd give it a 0 if I could. Im considering even standing outside of their doors with a sign warning people not to order anything from here ? I've visited this place numerous times since it opened. They are always out of something or a machine is "down". Youll never get ice cream or a shake from there EVER. Their credit card machines have been down on multiple occasions. They have been out of many staple items like buns, slider buns, ROAST BEEF (yes I said that right), or cheese. Its one thing to be out and therefore adjust the price but when i wanted a kids slider and they were out of the small buns, i was told i would need to order a regular sandwich at full price. They are extremely slow, but I assume that's because they are understaffed. We waited 15 minutes today for our cold food. 2 cars in line behind me left. The food is always dry and cold and appears to have been made likely hours or even days before it was served. Do yourself a favor and drive a little further to the one on Preston in frisco. I'm shocked this location is still in business.

If y'all are going to charge almost 15 dollars person at least have hot French fries, also when people say a dbl beef and cheddar have dbl on the sandwich. I will never be back this location needs some supervision as well.

I ordered the brown sugar BLT sandwich combo along with a greek gyro combo and I didn't even get what I ordered and not even what Angel ring up on this recipe. You guys are terrible!! Take your money

Don't bother ordering here from delivery service. You get whatever they feel like putting in the bag and then a small credit for what your didn't get.... Doesn't help the fact you didn't actually get what you ordered. Maybe if they were back charged 2x what they missed the store fix their lack of attention to the order receipt. Otherwise no skin off their back to get back charged for something they didn't include in the first place. Pickup only... Don't order delivery. They don't care.

The didn't have the meats. I still go here from time to time despite my review a year ago, it's servicable. I'm raising my review to 2* because of that. But half the items I wanted were not available. The ice machine wasn't working either. Feels like they could use an extra employee per shift too. Iunno.The soda machine does have a nice backlight effect that gives me visual stimulation.Old review: Pretty sure they don't want anyone to go there. Maybe a front? Lol

Was ordering on my app at the store because it had app only deals. After placing order I realized I ordered from the wrong location. I tried calling the store to let them know but I got a busy tone every time I called. The manager of the store i was at told me just to go to the other store and get a refund. We reordered our food and we ate and went to the other store. I tried calling about ten more times but got the same busy tone. We got to the other store that was 23 minutes away and the doors were locked at 8:30pm. I went to the drive thru and told them what was going on. When I got to the window I was told by a young man that they can not give me a refund that I have to call the customer service number. I asked why the doors were locked an hour and a half earlier and they are not answering the phone. He told me they were understaffed so they locked the doors and that they do not have working phone for the store and that is why the phone was busy. He said "good luck getting your refund" and shut the drive-thru window. They need to evaluate this whole store from top to bottom and retrain and hire new staff.

I ordered the Good Burger meal through Door Dash and when it arrived I immediately noticed I received a drink and not the strawberry shake that came with the meal smh. The burger was overcooked so I couldn’t really eat it. The best part of the meal was the curly fries which landed the 2 stars. Needless to say I was disappointed with this meal. I thought I got a strawberry drink but when I took a sip I spit it out. I was literally strawberry syrup water. Disgusting!!

I would give it zero stars if I freaking could. The person at the register charge my card for the person behind me because she didn't know how to work the system properly and then, without telling me got her manager and they cash refunded the amount, then turned around and paid for my food, and gave me my credit card and the change. Then when I open my food, the fries were half full, which was supposed to be a large and cold! I do not recommend going there and I suggested this location be shut down or under completely new Management because it is awful.

My 1 year old son and I took a small walk to arbys and got there at 10 am on the dot. Only one of the 2 doors were open. I waited for 20-25 minutes and no one helped. One of the workers completely ignored me. This is completely unprofessional. Horrible customer service. It only take 2 minutes to say something to a customer whether that be" hey I'm the only one here please give me a moment" or "we won't be open to dine in today" but instead I got stared at and ignored. Don't eat here.
