Due to the long wait I thought maybe they were making more pretzels. Got my 2 orders of bites for my family. They were cold \\u0026 hard.\\n3. Small smoothie was the smallest I’ve ever seen. Way better off going to Smoothie King or Tropical Smoothie.\\n4. When I got to the window I was asked “What was your order, an iced water” I was so confused.\\nHope management takes the feedback from the reviews. Since this is a new store I’m shocked at mine \\u0026 other’s experience.

So excited to have this location in McKinney! I was having issues with a coupon online and had called to verify the coupon. Miles and Justine were awesome and got us taken care of with no issues. Definitely will be coming here more now knowing that their staff are so great as well as their pretzels!

Ordered some pretzels and pretzel bites without butter. The employee, Miles, was extremely accommodating and friendly. He let us know it would be a few minutes but did everything in his power to make sure our order was perfect. Give that dude a raise! His customer service is on point.

I ordered the mini pretzel dogs and the bucket of mini pretzels. The bucket of pretzels was a hit, they were soft and buttery just right. The pretzel mini dogs were burnt but it’s okay. They were still good.

While the girl at the drive thru was very nice. The pretzels were burnt on the bottom. I got the pepperoni pretzel and the original bites. All of them were burnt on the bottom. I was disappointed for $15 I should be getting good quality. I don’t usually complain but I see from other reviews now this a reoccurrence with this store.

They need better staff. They take for ever to get the order rdy. I ordered at 2:02 pm and got the order at 2:45 for 5 pretzels! Last time I came here they said they don’t have pretzels lol. I’m sure all positive reviews are left by themselves. Save your self some time and drive to stonebriar mall.

Pretzels were Burnt, staff is incredibly slow. Forgot 1 of my pretzels. I ordered 2 pretzels on door-dash prior and received them about 30 minutes after I arrived. I’ll never come back. Wish I could give ZERO stars.

This is not a real Auntie Anne's. The lobby is not open ever. The menu is limited and the drive through line is seriously SO slow. With this business being ran this way it won't last a year.
This is the BEST Auntie Anne's! Now you may ask what makes this the best location? I'll start with the obvious, great location, fresh, hot perfect pretzels!!! The thing that matters the most is the customer experience I receive when I come here. I have to give a shout out to Collin and Mark! They make my visit so much fun and they remember me, which means the most to me. I LOVE the employees that work here. Collin and Mark are 5 Stars!!! I hope your store Manager recognizes you!

Been there 2x. First time I ordered 2 full size pretzel dogs. They only had one. Would not make another. Not close to closing time. Second time I called and ordered 2 full size hot dogs to pick up. Drove several miles and waited In long drivethru line to be told they sold the hot dogs that I had ordered even though I pre-ordered. Any other Auntie Annes location can make them on the spot. They said they had no dough. Never again will I go there. Very bad business practice

Today at the 3pm I tried for the 3rd time in as many weeks to patronize this place, and for the 3rd time left empty handed. Today May 2nd they had a sign on the door saying the store front is closed for the foreseeable future due to “staffing shortages”. LOL The other 2 times I tried, there were lots of people standing around waiting for their orders, drive thru full and not moving. When I asked the one visible employee, I was flatly told it would be a 20 min wait for 1 pretzel. No thanks! 3 strikes and you’re out. I tried! Good luck with that business model.

This was my first time here and I will NOT go back. They told us upon arrival that they were atleast 15 minutes from having any food ready (all pretzel items). So then we just ordered 4 drinks. 1 was the frozen blue raspberry lemonade, and then we got a large & 2 small of the same type of strawberry surf rider smoothie. It took 12 minutes AT THE WINDOW AFTER PAYING to get our 4 drinks. The strawberry ones taste more like the lime sherbet in it than strawberry, so that was very disappointing and they should change the name of it to not confuse others, but also the frozen blue raspberry lemonade tasted the best out of all of them and yet had barely any ice to it so it was basically a regular blue raspberry lemonade, so once again disappointing. I dont want others to be fooled like we were and have a bad experience like us. Also it was $27 for 4 drinks.
