Can beat the snowcone! My daughter is addicted. Some of the kids working there are not personable at all or simply don't talk. The speaker is a bit rough too. It is a great price for their product but there are a lot of bees on the trash and table due to the amount of sugar are traffic

Service was slow, but friendly. I went into the drive thru with no one in front of me and it took almost 10 minutes to get 1 item. Tasted good and it was nice and cold.

Horrible experience! Bees everywhere and management and employee on duty both didn't care. I took my daughter for her birthday and she got stung waiting for our drinks.
If you clean your patio and empty your trash can once in a while you might actually have a clean facility that people can enjoy. Clearly this location doesn't care about cleanliness or it's customers. Will not be back.

We love their snow cones and all the flavor options.
Their staff can be a little slow and seem to not care about their job but overall good.
The building could use some repairs and the patio always has bees around because of the syrups that get spilled or in the trash cans.

Redoing this review.
I love Bahama Bucks and they had a off day, after hearing about this the owners contacted me and wanted to make things right. Nobodys perfect and we all have off days. I have been back multiple times since and the service has been great and the treats are always delicious.
If you are looking for a great snow cone in Mckinney head here for sure. Tons of flavor and topping options, plus some refreshing drinks as well.

Kid-friendliness: Small cup sized and a decent amout of sugar free options.

This is the only Bahama Bucks that serves dry snowcones. There is never enough syrup and when you ask/pay for extra syrup THEY STILL DONT DO IT. I usually drive to Denison to Aloha Shaved Ice to get a snowcone because they always get it right without asking.

This is literally the worst Bahama Bucks I’ve ever been to. They gave me two snow cones that were just syrup and zero ice. My pregnant sister took it back to them and they gas lit her and said that’s just how it’s made. Never going back and do not recommend. So over it. All summer I’ve been short-changed on syrup. I started requesting extra syrup - still stingy. Started sending it back for more syrup - met with major attitude and sticky cups. The employees barely have the courtesy to even speak to you to begin with so just add eye-rolls here. Tonight, so little syrup that all I really tasted was salty ice… which I waited an ETERNITY for. Plus side is they’ve made it very easy for me to quit this habit. Done. Done. Done!
