I originally left a 1-star review after a frustrating visit. We waited a long time and still received some wrong drinks. At the time, it felt like a total miss on customer service.

But I have to give serious credit where it’s due—the owner responded with professionalism and transparency.
Their reply wasn’t just a canned apology—it was an invitation to understand what’s happening behind...

We normally have a great experience here but today was not the case! The girl working the drive thru window today around 5:30 had no customer service. She glared at us, rushed through the ordering process, and kept the change without asking. I’m not caught up on the change as much as I am the fact she felt the need to steal a tip. They also have neglected to put the pop rocks on the snow cone and just handed the bag to us the last few times we have gone.

Can beat the snowcone! My daughter is addicted. Some of the kids working there are not personable at all or simply don't talk. The speaker is a bit rough too. It is a great price for their product but there are a lot of bees on the trash and table due to the amount of sugar are traffic
