Super unique and tasty hand friendly food options. Had a Mac and Cheese ball, a Jumbalaya ball and a Bread Pudding ball. They were perfectly fried and not greasy with great flavors. My favorite was the Bread Pudding!

If you have not tried this Food Truck, you are missing out!!! Wow, absolutely delicious! We are in Bonham but will be making a Saturday drive to eat here again very soon. The jambalaya balls with the sauce is mmmmm mmmmm good ?

So I'm always skeptical when it comes to "new" food truck menus... But WOW, was I surprised and overly happy with my decision to try out "Ballsy Food Truck". Not only was the truck clean and neat, the customer service was great and the lady at the counter was so friendly. This is a dynamic duo of greatness. I was one two punched with great food and great people. Price was easy to swallow as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Ballsy Food Truck if you see them.

Surprisingly delicious! I don’t enjoy fried food so much but this one was definitely delicious. We tried the Jambalaya and the Cheesy buffalo chicken, and we weren’t disappointed. I hope to get to try this again.

Their food is amazing! I highly recommend this food truck to anyone! The quesadillas we got to try were my favorite!! & the dessert? Fabulous.
Finally got to try their Native American fry bread tacos. They are out of this world. Fresh ingredients and perfectly seasoned. I can’t wait to try more menu items.

We are new to the area and saw them passing by. Got one of everything on the menu and LOVED it!! Such a cool little spot with multiple food trucks. This one is the most unique we’ve ever been to! Highly recommend! Thank you so much for the experience and the amazing food! We will be back!

Got the boudin balls. They were okay. They had large chuncks of what I think is pork, way too much rice, no liver, and we're excessively spicy. This is not how we do boudin in Acadiana.
