So I'm always skeptical when it comes to "new" food truck menus... But WOW, was I surprised and overly happy with my decision to try out "Ballsy Food Truck". Not only was the truck clean and neat, the customer service was great and the lady at the counter was so friendly. This is a dynamic duo of greatness. I was one two punched with great food and great people. Price was easy to swallow as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Ballsy Food Truck if you see them.

Surprisingly delicious! I don’t enjoy fried food so much but this one was definitely delicious. We tried the Jambalaya and the Cheesy buffalo chicken, and we weren’t disappointed. I hope to get to try this again.

We are new to the area and saw them passing by. Got one of everything on the menu and LOVED it!! Such a cool little spot with multiple food trucks. This one is the most unique we’ve ever been to! Highly recommend! Thank you so much for the experience and the amazing food! We will be back!

Got the boudin balls. They were okay. They had large chuncks of what I think is pork, way too much rice, no liver, and we're excessively spicy. This is not how we do boudin in Acadiana.

Dude! This place is incredible! You don't see Boudin, Jambalaya, or Bread Pudding on a menu unless someone knows what time it is!. I had all 3 of those very items and wow. Great boudin! Perfectly fluffy. The jambalaya was incredible. The spice and mix was just right. But the real winner here was the Bread Pudding balls... seriously.. get 2 or more orders. I promise. I'm so upset I only got 1 order. Will definitely be back. 10/10 would recommend.

Have never been disappointed, I have tried all the menu items and loved everything. My favorites are the arincini balls and the bread pudding balls, so delicious! The owner Garth is friendly and always has a smile. Definitely recommend.
