This store is awful. On more than 1 occasion I have ordered ice cream by door dash and they can never get the order right. I wish there was a closer Baskin Robbin’s but there isn’t. They give Baskin Robbin’s a bad name

Manager Morgan- extremely poor leadership and rude to customers! Attempted to order polar pizza for son’s birthday, in person, gave me only three options, and would not allow me to order with a 24 hours notice. Due to son’s allergies all I wanted was NO toppings and vanilla ice cream. Decided to go to the Hardin location, was able to order two customised Polar Pizzas and the service was amazing. Completely different experience. Called Morgan to advise I was accommodated by another location, and the excuses the Custer location gave me were false. Morgan is defensive, cut me off, and likes to argue with her customers, rather than make it right. She lied over the phone and told me I could have ordered what I wanted, and said I needed a 48 hour notice. Hardin location, 24 hour notice, ordered two online without difficulty. Morgan- Poor example of leadership, and could benefit with leadership training. Awful experience with Custer location. All employees seem bothered to be there or not happy with their job, it’s likely their leader. Custer packaging of polar pizzas they showed me was tacky and looked OLD! Hardin in McKinney location, packaging and polar pizzas were amazing! Was a hit for my son’s birthday, and loved by the family! Hardin location further away, but worth the experience.

Kid-friendliness: Not a fun kid friendly environment as it souks feel….

Worst experience ever Morgan seemed very annoyed when taking my order. And then they got my order wrong asked for a chocolate chip shake and got a cookies and creme. And my banana split was all nasty and already melting when it got handed to me lid didn’t fit correctly so everything pretty much slipped out. Never will come to this location again!!!!

We ordered cake here. We specifically wanted a purple colour cake… the took order from us. Wrote everything on the paper but there was nothing on the cake. They made the cake a disaster… there was no purple at all on the cake except the writing… it’s so disappointing and I was totally shocked while seeing it during the party. It ruined my thematic party.
Sadly this is the only Baskin Robbins near us. EVERY time we come, tables are dirty, open sign off, workers are surly, flavors are unavailable. 2 times when I ordered birthday cakes they screwed them up. I really hope the owners take heed of reviews or we get another franchise to open!

My son and I stopped here for ice cream last night around 7:45pm. One employee was scooping ice cream and didn't bother greeting us. We were the only customers inside. The other employee was in the back cooking something. I had never been to this location and didn't realize they also had a drive thru. Finally, the young lady who was in the back cooking, came to the front to greet us and took our order and then said she'd be back to fulfill the order after she takes care of the order she was working on for the drive thru. She was very nice. The other lady who worked there did not acknowledge us once, didn't even look up. Very unprofessional and a huge lack of customer service. This place needs to do some training and hire more people, especially since they have a drive thru. SMHThe almonds in my jamocha almond fudge tasted bad

Not coming back to this place. Ordered 2 single cones with waffle cones. Not sure how long those cones were sitting out there but both cones were stale and it felt like I was chewing rubbers.I was also struggling to put spoons into both cones (as I only have 2 hands) and none of the employees cared nor offered to help.
