They are very bad they’re doing renovations and they don’t even have enough to be paying their employees. My brother never got paid by the owner and the contractorand he’s already behind in his rent and his bills he was counting on that money for him to pay his rent and feed his kids as well. Now he has to start all over and hopefully he doesn’t get kicked out from his home. I can’t believe that this type of fast food restaurant will do something like that.

They charged me 9.99 for a hand-packed pint. The pint is $2 cheaper at any other baskin robbins. The location in Murphy charges the same price as a triple scoop. Which is 7.99. this place price gouges.

Special thanks to everyone at this store, who went above and beyond for me. Their customer service is really great. I really enjoyed my turtle pie. I am definitely going to order one for Thanksgiving. Sorry I should have taken a better picture but accidentally ate half. 😂

Absolutely love this location…love the friendly staff, especially the night staff when I visit frequently. I have been going to this location since my kids were little…close to 20years now. They know us and we know them.

The manager’s name is Himesh and he has no clue about customer service or courtesy. We went to this location many times over the years, but will never go back. My daughter learned of a free ice cream promotion they were doing for the day. If you ordered an ice cream through their app you got a free ice cream. When I did it through the app it worked fine minus the fact I had to pay a small up charge for the cone. When she ordered her’s the app wouldn’t process. It would just loop and the final order button wouldn’t do anything. While it wasn’t the store’a fault for a buggy app Himesh could have made it right by just giving her the small ice cream when she showed him what the app was doing, especially considering how many times we had been there over the years. When he wouldn’t give her her ice cream we left. I obviously wasn’t going to take my ice cream in such a situation even though I had partially paid for it already, and was essentially getting ripped off. I informed him how rude he was being, but he didn’t care at all. I instead took her down the road, and we had much better ice cream together at Braum’s.
If you ever consider going to this place keep driving a little further down El Dorado to Braum’s. You’ll have a far better experience.
UPDATE: After reporting this incident to Baskin Robbin's corporate offices the following day they never got back with me. They also never refunded the charge even though no product was ever given. I reported this to my credit card company, and they forced the refund from Baskin Robbin's successfully. I will never go to a Baskin Robbin's ever again.
