This has got to be the worst Caramel Latte I’ve ever had.. the finished product was spilling over even after he changed the cups.. it was more like a regular coffee with a hit of coffee.. very disappointed

This Black Rock Coffee location is truly one of a kind! The team that Meli and Jeeda have put together is outstanding!!! Customer service here is a thousand out of ten. Every single time I come through, whether at the drive-thru or inside, I’m greeted with kindness, energy, and genuine care. They honestly go above and beyond, and it makes such a difference.

I love this location so much that I’ll happily drive 30 minutes just to come here!! And yes, I even come twice a day sometimes because the experience is that good! I’ve tried plenty of other coffee shops in the area, but nothing compares. The coffee and the fuels here are legit—rich, balanced, and never just “sugar in a cup.” You can really taste the difference.

I’ve visited other Black Rock locations too, and while they’re good, it’s night and day compared to the team Meli and Jeeda have created here. They’ve built something truly special. As someone who’s new to the state, the way they’ve welcomed me and made me feel like part of the community means so much!! That’s why I’ll always keep coming back.

I only wish they’d open one closer to me, but until then, this will always be my Black Rock. Huge thanks to Meli and Jeeda, and the entire team for making every visit such a great one!

Truly don't get the hype. Tried 4 times at different hours thinking maybe it was just the shift/day, never once have my orders been right. Coffee Grounds strewn about the cup...🫠
